If you guys have the PC version, be careful about exploring the "Grand Forest Villa" area in the Hinterlands, especially near the giant waterwall. Don't use the Ocularum either. Everytime I get near it, the game crashes my computer.

The graphical difference at the lowest settings really is pretty jarring - Cullen's hair will be as sparkly as a barbie doll's and really glowy, but otherwise he's still as handsome as can be.

So just keep it as mid setting or high? Then I should be fine

I had assumed it similar to DA2, even although I have the discs, it doesn't install from there, it downloads from Origin.

I don't mind a bit of a download atall but if I can get the majority of the 23gb from the discs that is going to save me one heck of a hassle. I wonder if I should order a physical copy of the standard as a standby, although I want my deluxe goodies....crap, crap, crap lol

*nods* I have a friend with superfast BB also looking into dowloading via my Origin onto a stick thing for me to drag/drop into my folder....it all gets so complicated lol I hope Cullen appreciates all this, normally I'm firmly of the belief "If at first you don't succeed, quit!" I am seeing issues w PC downloading though; can anyone tell me if you'll still have issues if you preloaded the game? I believe that entailed me downloading and installing it a couple days ago, but I'm not exactly sure.

The actual download seem alright for most people, its just my connection is bad. Once downloaded, you should have been prompted to install it, if you haven't already done it, it should flag in Origin for you to do so. The only other thing is to make sure your graphics drivers are bang upto date, Nvidia already released one today and I think I saw one for AMD too

Folks on Nvidia cards, there's a new driver out today optimized for Inquisition, following yesterday's performance problems: 344.75. If you're having stuttering, freezing, etc, make sure to update.

I think I need to get this. I'm having freezing and stuttering all over the place. And theoretically my pc should be able to play on high graphics, no problem.

By the way, does anyone else have ridiculously long loading times?

Based on what people/reviews are saying at the moment I'm getting really worried about the amount of bugs in this game :/ Has the patch they've been talking about come out yet? Gametrailers said it might help with some of the issues.

Lol but we are a determined bunch and will hang on and wait anyways I have a similar thing with an MMO I play, the load time is bad, I know it is and it bugs me something awful yet I still go through it lol.

Panda, I've read another used who had the game on disk and it looks like the YT video, so it doesn't seem that the game will be worse with the disk .
I'm still concerned of 360. I fear the older versions will be worse. I have a 60 Gb 360 from 2008, so I don't know how it'll look like . Someone said a new XBox of 2012 was bad...but I don't know if he meant YT bad or worse.

Went to Uni preload was at 60% (started the night before) came home and everything is finished loading.
