Hi everyone! Oh gosh... I really suck at first posts, um so--
I'm still waiting on my copy (couple more days nnngh) but I finally decided to start up on the forums after being stealthed the majority of the time. Plus the Cullen fever has hade me hooked from the very start, so I thought it was about time to join in!

Auch the feedback section is full of angry last gen players. It seems like the game will not run properly on last gen at all. It's not just lower graphics, it's bugs, textures that don't load, lagging screens.. and Inquisitors who look like abominations:

In some videos PS3 seems to look good but there is lot of people complaining how bad it looks and how many problem it has. I don't know what to think of. I'm just so disappointed with BW.
Still debating with myself do I take the risk and pay the 80 dollars for game I might not even be able to play or wait for sth. Patch. Money for PS4? Idk, but I really have been waiting for this game so long and then it's like this suddenly.
The controls are pretty bad getting use too.
I think they said you can reset your keybindings. I think I'll have to, I'm way too used to spacebar for pause.
Yeah, but I'm also used to jump being the space bar. So... not sure what is superior. Grr.
Do you have the option to set controls in the settings? I am not a fan of using WSDA for moving around. I prefer the arrow keys. I know on the previous games you could set that.
OH yeah. You can set all the keybindings yourself on PC.

Okay if something doesn't happen quite ASAP that would make PS3 version better I will cancel my preorder. I don't want to play DAI as shitty as it seems to be for PS3 right now. It's not game I have been waiting for. I have to just wait for tomorrow to make the phone call. Hopefully game shop seller isn't mad at me for calling in so late (though that's more of BW's fault than mine since they still refuse to give any official statement how DAI looks on last gen). I will play DAI but I don't know when yet. I just know I'm not looking forward it at all right now so it's better to not buy it now either.

Well well, remember that Black Templar Guy discussion a few time back? He can be recruited. How about if we shout so loud at Bioware to make him major NPC/playable character for next DA game? He seems AWESOME!

Dammit Bioware, every major templar character that you make ARE AWESOME! Including Meredith, which by far is one of the most awesome character development in DA2.
So for those who haven't played yet... my advice to you is to NOT go in with a predefined character. Don't even go in thinking you'll "play as yourself." The dialogue options and the way the VA delivers the lines are quite set. What I mean is, there might be a conversation where I want to point out that I want nothing to do with the Chantry or some such thing, but my only options are to fix the breach... just in varying states of emotion. I can say I want to fix the breach angrily... I can say it nobly... I can say it determinedly. But I can't say, "This isn't my problem!"
So when it comes to role-playing, it's a bit hard. But if you give that up and try to invest in the character and story, it's easier. My Auren is Auren in name only at this point... he's not the character I wanted to play. He's only mentioned being Dalish once, which is weird. The game also assumed he knew who the hell Loghain was. That, to be quite honest, ticked me off. There is no reason a reclusive Dalish would know who Loghain was.
But other than that, it's pretty fun so far. Of course mods would make it better

Well last time I said he should be bi but Eluvianix chastised me and said we should campaign for m/m since you guys got Cullen all to yourselves 
Imagine, a really hot and noble "white knight" type, and only boys can romance him... dream a little dream

Gonna be really annoyed if after all my efforts I realize some decision I made 50 game hours ago made Cullen dislike me too much to continue romancing him. crie
