Well, he did sign himself as Prince Vael in his war table mission. When Hawke said the title was still under contention, I assumed it was the usurper's family trying to get Sebastian off the throne now that he's got it back.

Do you (or anyone else) know if this is the political situation for Sebastian no matter what you decided for him in your imported world state? I chose that Sebs left Kirkwall because Hawke refused to kill Anders, so I was wondering if that changes what he decides to do during the time of Inquisition.

 

Varric told my Quizzy that Sebastian was currently attacking Kirkwall because he vowed to do so in DA2, but he never said anything about him being back on the throne again or even that he had tried to regain it.

I flirted (just a little, just once) and after only one approval-ridden conversation he's already in "you're unlike any woman I've ever met" territory. 

 

I felt bad, and save scummed just so I'm not leading him on...

 

But I am now again torn about second play through romance. Blackwall, Solas, and Iron Bull, why do I like you all so much?!

Huh. I thought he'd have the same fate regardless of what you chose, but apparently not? In my current save import Hawke killed Anders, and Varric told my Inquisitor that Sebastian was "back in Starkhaven, boring someone" - later, a romanced Hawke said that Seb's now an advisor to the Chantry in Starkhaven, too. If you got such a different response from Varric, it look like Seb does have different fates based on your choice. Interesting!

 

Although it does look like he took back the throne either way. He wouldn't have any forces to attack Kirkwall with otherwise.

Well, so we've been told during development! Our resident Cullenite in dev, Liz, tweeted that she'd been scolded for flirting with someone else while dating Cullen. I've yet to find out when he does the scolding, but I'm sure trying my best to make it happen.

 

....for science, you know.

 

I'll definitely post it up whenever I finally get this jealousy banter/conversation/cutscene/whatever it is.

THE BEAST IS DEAD!!!!!!!!!

 

Literally had 45 health left and a chunk of guard on Cass. Cass was the only party member left alive fighting the dragon for like 3 minutes. Damn near had a heart attack when I killed the she-devil!

You're on the right track. You are headed in the right direction. And there will be several "resupply stations" on the way that will refill potions during the quest. I remember 3 of them off the top of my head. Just keep an eye out for them.

Regarding Cullen's romance, I'm also wondering if it has a happy ending.

 

I've seen youtube videos for two different characters in Inquisition where the romance endings were, in my opinion, horrible. As in, not happy. As in, they broke up with you or left you, no matter what (well, maybe not one of them, if you make a certain decision...) And these are characters that I really wanted to romance. But now, I think I'm changing my mind about them. After everything my Inquisitor goes through, she deserves to be happy, and I don't want to be with someone who is going to break her heart in the end. Or his heart, if I play a male.
