I have no idea what an exe application is or where it would be in the DA tool thingy. I'm not a modder so this is completely new to me.

Exe is short for Execute, I think, and is what actually runs a program (probably way oversimplified, but you get the idea ).

When you extract the rar file it created a DA_Tool folder. In there, there's a bin folder, and under it a "Debug" folder and then finally the DA_Tool file you can double click to go exploring CAS files. 

 

 

on the tool pick cas explorer

 

 

then on top chose "File", "Open" and go to your cas folder 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Data

 

it will ask you one last question and you just click on a yellow file names "cas"  there

 

and then you just maximize the screen and look at the stuff on your left for readable english

Ok, I'm in and all I see are the numbers and codes like what you guys took screenshots of earlier. How do I find all the file names and stuff inside it?

yea most of those (if not all) are encrypted there might be some that are not or they are but  they are readable in English... you have to scroll through each and every one of those cas files to find out tho....

You won't find much for now but you might see dialog wheels dialog, like

 

1. I trust you cullen 2. Just do your Job ...

 

That would be what you would see for the dialog wheel when Cullen tells you about lyrium. Later if we get more deciphered, we can get pictures and naked 3d models such

When exactly does the romance scene happen?  I finished Before the Dawn and left Skyhold, came back and spoke with him, but nothing triggered.  Do I need to complete a certain story plot mission beforehand?

After that, the chess match takes a little bit to trigger, just do some more quests. Then you get the convo at his office and.. smooch!

Cullen: "Did you see the report on the Emerald Graves, love?"

 

Inquisitor: *nods distractedly as she reads over paperwork* "I did. It mentioned something about a lack of supplies, right?" 

 

Cullen: *reading a different report* "Yes. I think we should take a step back and reassess our numbers. We should, perhaps, divide up the soldiers we have in the Hinterlands and send extra forces to the Emerald Graves. I've been training some new soldiers as well, and their skills are progressing with each day. It would be good strategy to...what are you looking at?" 

 

Inquisitor: *is blushing bright red while looking at Cullen with a dazed look* I love it when you talk war...*puts aside her report and rubs a finger on Cullen's naked chest in circles* Keep talking...don't stop...

 

Cullen: *blushes and clears his throat, turning back to the report in his hand* U-Um...well...that is...as I was saying, we should consider...

 

Inquisitor: *ATTACKS *

The quest was great, and from the moment they found You After the Avalanche it was awesome.
Skyhold is huge. So far I got Cassandra's, Solas' and Sera's companion quests. Do they unlock on approval? Because while Cass and Solas are pretty high (I think the highest in my party), Sera wasn't that high. Haven't talked with Varric and Jospehine yet.
I recreated my Hakwe. I made him a bit different, older then before. I'll post a pic tomorrow .
After Talking with Hawke, Varric isn't in the map. Based on the dialogues, I guess I'll get the scene where Cass tries to hit Varric. Is it at the tavern?

Has anyone sacrificed a Warden Alistair romancing the Warden yet? What does he say as he goes to kill that spider? Does he tell us to give her a message or anything like that? (Like how Hawke tells you to say goodbye to Varric for him)? I've been looking for a YT vid of it but no one seems to have sacrificed him... not that I blame them, there's no way I could ever do that to Alistair.

 

Also, my god he was hot as hell in DAI! And the way he spoke about my Warden... Maker, he and Cullen are literally the two most perfect pixelated men I've ever encountered! Woof!
