I don't know. I heard about the Sera banter here. Maybe someone else can comment on whether she comments on Cullen.

Did you hear the 2 women outside the Chantry in Haven, talking about Bull??
OH. Wait. I think I did. Yes. They have some hum dingers in this game. ![]()
More Cullen from this playthrough so far (tried to keep the shots spoiler-free):

Spoiler
So poking through my screenshots so far, and couldn't find the one I took of my invisible recruit. But, sigh, so many good ones of Cullen.
These two, though, really sum up to me one of the things I love about the romance so far.
Anyone else think that the inquisitor is rather dull in personality? Their answers are so flat IMO. But maybe I simply miss DA2 funny Hawke.
I don't know, I felt my Quizzie had a lot of personality... but I gave her mostly #2 and #3 dialogue options. Sometimes I'd reload and try #1 just to see what she said, and she did feel a bit doormat. Diplomatic Hawke had this gentle personality I loved, diplomatic Inquistor... a bit meh. Alix really shines in her sarcastic and pragmatic responses, though - I actually prefer sarcastic Inquisitor's tone to sarcastic Hawke's.
So, after the sex scene when they're in bed, what is Cullen's response to the other two options? He says something like: "I've never felt this way before" and you can respond with: "I love you", "me either", or "that was the idea". Does he drop the L-word first instead?
@Ryriena; I also made up my inquisitor's personality, but I really haven't found the groove of aggressive Hawke's pissy responses or funny Hawke's soul crushing sarcasm to fit in with her character yet. Its here and there, hit or miss, not really consistent for me in the dialogue wheel, and worse, I find most of the responses disappointingly pedestrian.
It feels to me like the inquisitor was written so carefully they're about as interesting as a ham sandwich. I remember Mike Laidlaw said in the prologue stream that they scrapped an option to say something like this when you're about to try to close the breach: "What are you going to do? Load me up in a catapult and shoot me up there?" WHY?!? The responses we ended up with seem so generic by comparison.
I'm happy at least that quite a few of you find the available options suitable. Maybe it will improve as I keep playing? I'm only about halfway through the game.

Oh man, that would've been a GREAT response! Such a shame!
So, after the sex scene

I know! They said it was too colorful for the inquisitor. Sounded more like something Varric would say. Pshaw.

What does he say in the other two?
So I'm just doing the Ball quests and I'm writing in to whinge - a lot, there's going to be some btching.
I hate it, not because it's not interesting or novel, I hate it because I stand, walk, move and dance like a man and I'm wearing a stupid, god awful, formal pants suit. I hate it because I know this sort of thing would be exactly my cup of tea if I wasn't being irritated by my appearance every 2 minutes, so I feel resentful. I detest the fact that I know male Quizzy not only looks dashing but is behaving completely in accordance with expectations.
I feel like the perspective of the fem PC wasn't valued one bit. I don't care that making custom stuff for fem Quizzy would cost more and that climbing that trellis thing would definitely be a problem in a frock. I just feel completely and utterly pissed off. For the record, I don't want to dip the pretty girl at the party, it doesn't make me feel like a hero, I feel like a tool. I don't want to spend the entire quest thinking, 'stand up straight and keep your knees together, you yokel' about my character. Strangely enough, the fact that all other female members of the party also look horrible in their outfit doesn't make me feel better about it at all. Cullen looks incredible
and the male Quizzy looks amazing and I want to look awesome too! ![]()
Anyway, that's my rant over. The game is a feast and it's wonderful but if they ever send me to party again in a frigging pants suit, I'm not doing the quest. I may even write a strongly worded note!

Why? He/she isn't even the Inquisitor at that point.
Maybe that's part of the problem? The characters were always going on about how the Inquisitor felt more like a symbol than a person, what better way to make him/her feel like "one of us" than give them responses that are flawed or ridiculous. That was another thing I consider a missed opportunity, throughout the game people would treat her/him like some special gift from the Maker or an abomination, it would've been cool to be given more opportunities to either embrace that or show how "human" we actually are. There were a few occasions like that (Sera's quest and the Wicked Grace quest for example) but overall not enough to make much of a difference.

Oh, my gosh, this is so cute.
Also, do you mean invisible recruit as in something like this?

I've had headless recruits, as well ahahaha
What does he say in the other two?
Nothing. What does he say in the other two?
Here's a (kind of crappy lol) picture I took of Cullen and Josephine while my sister was playing DAI.
Cullen looks like a Disney prince, and Josephine is always lovely in my book.
Yeah, that's it! I snapped a ss, but doesn't seem to be in my folder.Oh, my gosh, this is so cute.

On the one hand I totally understand why we're all in uniform since we're representing the Inquisition, on the other hand I would've loved to have the option to choose to put my Inquisitor in some nice/ridiculous/hideous outfit and see what the other companions and advisors turned up wearing etc.
That being said, if we'd had another quest/ever get another quest where we have to go somewhere posh I'd like it to be because we were invited for reasons beyond representing the Inquisition that would give us a legit reason to actually get ridiculously dressed up and bring our love interest along. Obviously, the quest would have to have an ulterior motive for the Inquisitor to be invited to keep things interesting etc, but I'd love to get into a massive fight in a full ball gown, LOL!
OMG, talk about a Disney prince...

PERFECTION ahahaha wow ♥ just call her Cinderella ~~
