I went back at level 17. Booo ya! LOL (incidentally, Hinterlands dragon is only level 12!)
That's what I did too! I went back to kill her when I was level 16 and it was pretty easy. Although my easiest fight was with the one in the Exalted Plains, only because I was level 22 and she was level 15 
And the hardest was the Highland Ravager.

Good to know! The game guide doesn't have their levels, just their defenses/whatever. I tiptoed around the one in Exalted Plains when I found it at lev 17 and ran away. As my son cheered, "Mommy, fight the dragon! Fight the dragon!" I feel it was a teachable moment about picking your battles. LOL

In my first PT I killed 6 dragons and I never was prepared for them. Didn't even have all my potions I went full YOLO mode. Second PT Super prepared and got pooped on.

Oh Hell's teeth, now I'm going to have to kill one!
So I was trying to romance Cullen but he didn't seem interested and it was taking a while to get things going. So I Romanced Blackwall because he was easy lol. But now I have come to a point with Cullen where he says "I heard you were seeing someone else" I wish to tell him he is mistaken but there are no dialog options it only takes me back to be able to ask the same question where he answers the same way again. If I kick Blackwall out of the inquisition can I have Cullen? Or can I keep Blackwall and continue to romance Cullen?

I killed the dragon in the Abyssal Reach at level 15 on hard. Don't know if the Hinterlands dragon is any stronger since I could only play for that one weekend, but dragon slaying is more than doable at that level. Just solo it with Vivienne.

Really? That's odd because I found Cullen's romance was really easy to trigger, lol. I'd heard Blackwall was the difficult one.

In theory it might look doable , because you would have to replace some of the code for the romances and the male quiz with the female one, and Cullen for example (if i recall right) doesnt have any "gender specific" dialog like for example " Oh your such a beautiful woman" or stuff like that
but i would have to look more into that and see if i can do it
