Did everyone notice we can see a glimpse of our Inquisition tapestries under World States -> Playthrough States? I have my three Quizzies showing up already:

 

 

...plus a bunch of other test ones that I deleted five seconds into the intro because the chargen lighting was playing tricks on me. Hopefully those can be manually deleted at some point, it's a bit cluttered at the moment.

Only my male elf has a name and Rhiannon is in the wrong world state. And she's also nameless. Oh well, I was planning on remaking her, so whatever.

Question: Does anyone know why, when I return to Skyhold, those annoying drums start playing? They even played through Cullen's first cut scene, totally ruining the scene. Anyone know how to make them stop?? (Other than turning the music off.)

Yeah my Ari's world state is showing with the wrong class for Hawke. I'm trashing that playthrough too anyway, so meh.

 

At least now I'm sure that warrior Hawke in my first playthrough was a Keep import bug, not a in-game bug. Hopefully the next time I play Ari's world state again, Hawke will show up a proper rogue, as she should be.

That might be a bug. The drums only play for me when I'm on the war table.

I had the same problem. The Hawke I imported was a rogue too, but in the game she was a warrior and I realised the mistake a bit late.

That happens whenever you fast travel through the war room map. Leaving the war room through the door should make them stop.

Cullen rallies the Inquisition for me and declares me Inquisitor. It gives me chills, too, so many feels. Mostly because with the way I played Faervel he's been reluctant about the whole Herald thing (being Dalish and all) but this and the song have inspired him to try and be the leader these people deserve, so it's like the turning point of his story. Also, Josephine being embarrassed at getting caught cheering is never not funny. xD

Yeah I'm just going to continue believing he's 34-35 in my headcanon, because no way my Quizzie is dating a guy younger than herself, leave alone letting a 20-something lead her armies. 34 is still roughly 30... kinda. Close enough. (◉‿◉✿)

 

Haha I was actually sort of confused when I spoke to Dorian and he mentioned my Quizzy having a thing for strappin' young Templars because I'm still in my early twenties. I wonder how old Dorian is. Or how old he thinks my Quizzy is. err...

It's also rather surreal that I've only just finished Dragon Age: Origins recently but if I had actually played it when it first came out I really would have been about the same age as Cullen was at the time. Now I have some catching up to do in that respect. Heh.

 

But yeah, I agree with the people who think he's a bit older than exactly 30 in Inquisition because it's hard to imagine him being as young as Alistair in Origins. Brianne must have used the word "roughly" deliberately to allow us headcanon wiggle room. I know he says that he hasn't seen an abomination before and doesn't know what they look like, but I chalked that up to the fact that Irving and Greagor were very good at weeding out potential problems before allowing them to undergo a Harrowing. Plus, we know that Cullen has witnessed other Harrowings before the Warden's, and he was familiar enough with them that your Warden mage's talent really stood out during hers. He also says the Templars were too lenient on the mages prior to the Broken Circle so I figured it had been a long time since they'd had any real incidents and the Templars were getting lax in their duties. I'm comfortable thinking Cullen maybe spent a year or two at the Circle already before the start of Origins. He's a very cautious guy, and I like to think that his infatuation for your Warden was lovingly stewed over a period of time as he began to notice your valiant qualities during his patrols.

I really liked Cullen's role in Haven's attack as well.
I think the writers did a great job with the advisors.

Um, yeah, I think you might have buggered it up. Game Guide says:

Spoiler

"Take every opportunity to flirt with Cullen during conversations to progress the romance. However, these conversation options will not arise if you’re currently in a relationship with someone else. If you want to pursue Cullen, call off any other relationships first."

So if it thinks you've locked in the BW romance, despite having called it off, you may be screwed. Because there should def be a heart option during both lyrium convos.

Just talking about lyrium with him doesn't do anything. It's actually hard not to, since it's him that brings it up. The only thing you should be wary of is

forcing him to continue taking lyrium against his will. You can tell him to keep taking it and in a later conversation say you'll find another way, but it's easier/safer (and probably healthier for him) to just agree with Cullen that he should stop taking it. That won't risk your romance in any way.
