No need when the Inquisitor is only gonna mess it up again later!

His room is a mess. I wonder what he does with his clothes since he has no closet. Does he just strip out of the armor and leaves it on the floor (maybe even gets mad when he gets up and finds himself stuck in his armor with his foot and angrily shakes it off, or does he like never get out of that armor and thats why Cole thought it didn't came off.

Probably only has two sets. The ball outfit and his armour, LOL!

Speaking of which, is the hole in the roof supposed to get fixed over time? Or does he just like having a natural skylight?

never got fixed. Can only guess the face he makes when it rains. Oh maker why.

It's not a big deal he can always sleep with the inquisitor. ;)

Maybe it's because he sleeps in the Inquisitor's room once they consummate the relationship so he just never bothered to fix it. That's my head canon anyway. It's a pity the Inquisitor's room doesn't get made use of in general, I was hoping to see something akin to DA2 where there would be things I could click on and she'd comment on it, like finding items of Cullen's clothing left behind from the night before, or one of Sera's pranks etc.

Hm, didn't they say something about character's supposedly moving around the Skyhold and stuff? I swear at one point Cameron or something mentioned something about them all having their own routines, so sometimes we'd walk in and find Josephine having breakfast or something like that?

Wish I could find that article.

That makes much more sense. I just found all those empty bedrooms on the battlements outside Viv's spot... why doesn't he just move in there and avoid the rain?

I was just thinking last night that it would have been a nice touch if, after you start the romance, slowly his room starts to become tidier. Like, Inquisitor ain't got time for holes in the roof and debris on the floor. Instead... it's Fenris Mansion v.2.0!

Or better yet, he fixes that hole in the roof but gradually your Inquisitor's room gets filled with whoever you romance's stuff too. So, in Cullen's case swords, another sturdy desk so that he can do some of his work in the evenings when he's not up in his tower, a few bits of his old Templar gear for nostalgia reasons, and other nic-nacs that he's acquired now that he can have his own belongings. Would be a nice way to get another glimpse in the character's personality without the use of dialogue.

For the life of me I can't figure out why this sort of thing wasn't added. They done it in DA2, of sorts. It's there ripe for the picking 'n' everything!

Sooo... a heart rending prompt is propagating on tumblr, resulting in some awesome, heart-rending fic and art.

Yes. Cullen + Red lyrium.

Again, Adela, this is amazing. Interesting to do a side by side comparison of the expressionless, static versions of Cullen.

He's so similar, and yet... less unhappy in DA:I? Maybe?

Oh god, the story that accompanied it. That could've easily happened, if things had turned out differently... thank the Maker for us! I like to think we played some small part in saving him.  ;)

I wonder. It would have made the game feel a bit more alive. Would also have loved to give my companions and advisors gifts. Just because I saw something and it reminded me of them.

You can ask him if he knew the circle mage warden and he mentions that she is a 'lovely woman' and that he had a crush on her. I posted the whole thing on tumblr if you want to read.

Thank you! I guess I will have to change my world state and reroll then, I just have to hear it!

Lola, can you change the link to the proper one I just edited. Lack of coffee made me post the wrong one.

There are some differences with the jawline, etc but I think they did a good job keeping his face similar with the different engines.  Tough to do.

Guessing after all he's been through there is a certain..reflection he may not have had when he was younger.

As it stands, the Skyhold feels more like a dolls house: lovely to look at, nice to decorate but doesn't really serve any other purpose beyond a backdrop. I distinctly remember the devs telling us we'd be able to participate in activities at our base, beyond just talking to the characters and the odd cutscene. I thought it would be a bit like Witcher 2 where you could go into the tavern and play card games with npcs, or go pray in the Chantry, visit the courtyard and do some training practice on the dummies, or have a go at archery, that sort of thing.

I also thought there would be more to upgrade than just the garden, courtyard, and one tower.

The decorating wasn't as much fun as I'd hoped... I found I didn't have the patience to keep running up and down the stairs to see how it looked. But it was still a neat touch.

What I really wanted was for Cullen to comment on my new bed.

I wonder if there was ment to be more because when exploring the world you actually find alot more quarries and logging sites then needed in the upgrades. Just remembered That you can take a quiz in skyhold does that count as activity

I wish we could give Cullen a present, I bet he doesn't receive many gifts, not ones with any real meaning behind them anyway. Still, at least he gave us one this time around (hur hur) *side eyes Anders*  <_<

Not only You want to do that. Josie want to knows his birthday date and give him a present ( don't remember if it was new clothes or new armor) :D

Anyway this one sequence switched on my " jealousy about NPC" mode, so my dalish elf ended on the table.

I have just figured out that when you ask Varric his opinion on your advisers his answer is in reference to how much they are being used to complete missions on the war map. I have been using Cullen a lot lately and Varric says something along the lines of;

Spoiler

I got that line from Varric just after the first kiss on battlement. Guess that it's a reference to the romance. Leliana made several comments on War Table banter concerning Cullen's personal quest though (Perseverance)

He behaves like a middle child, doesn't he lol. They're usually the quieter more thoughtful type... I'm the oldest child, can you tell? LOL!

Aaaaah there's huge different between first born daughter & first born son! :D  (Me too I'm eldest among my siblings & I bossed my little brother around when he forgot to call Mom or something like that)

He got a chest in his room no?
