Finally I got the scene where they get interrupted. (Although it's "after the fact" and Bull is just lying in bed while you are fully clothed.) All three advisors come in one by one and each is shocked (can't blame them lol Bull all spread out... yeesh!) Cass is horrified and rudely says she hopes it was a one time thing...   Josie looks intrigued and says she can't blame the inquisitor LOL Cullen is amused!! And quips, after Cassandra, "Nothing wrong with a bit of fun!" And after I declared that it was NOT a fling and firmly stated Bull and I were together, Cullen again apologized very politely and kindly and turned away, but as he turned away he glanced back over his shoulder and smiled. It was so cute! I think he is happy for us

I actually liked their cameo together better than solo king Alistair:

 

 

They're both bringing their best raging game together, I love it. Of course it's all a solid political partnership as Alistair still deeply loves my Warden - but they really make an awesome pair of proud royal doglords.

Helpful tips time!

 

Character Menu -> Behaviors -> Targeting Behavior:

 

- set all your warriors to follow themselves (Cassandra -> follow Cassandra, Bull -> follow Bull, Blackwall -> follow Blackwall). This will cure their tank ADHD and stop them from disengaging with their current enemies to retarget to your current enemy every time you attack someone else, or every time you go into stealth.

 

- set your dual wielders to protect your warriors (Cole -> protect Cassandra, Sera -> protect Bull etc, you may need to change this every time you change your party). This will keep them around the fray, and combined with the above, will make warriors keep taunting enemies, who will then turn their backs to the dual-wielder, who will then profit from those delicious backstabbing crits.

 

- set all your mages to protect your PC (except Vivienne if you specced her into Knight Enchanter, then make her follow herself too). This will make them stay near you (and since you're an archer, they'll be forced to stay in range instead of rushing into melee groups), and it will keep them casting Barrier on you over and over.

 

This should fix most of the issues with followers running around aimlessly as you get punched in the face. They should start focusing on what they're doing and leaving you to do your thing, with minimal to no group micromanaging.

I liked the solo appearance better, mostly because he seemed to have more of his old sense of humor. He seems to land on his feet pretty well whether he's on the throne with her, with a Warden queen, alone, or as a Warden, though, which is good to know.

He didn't smile, he smirked, but it was an encouraging smirk . I don't know that Cass is upset as much as surprised; she's laughing when she says "No, no problem," when the Inquisitor says it's serious and asks if it's a problem. Josie's fascination is the funniest, and I like the look Cass and Cullen give her.

To those who have romanced companions: does anyone know if, after locking in a romance, you can still lose approval? Because going into "Wicked Eyes" I am pretty sure I'm going to make some major decisions that Bull will disapprove of, and I'm a little scared.

There aren't any deal breakers, you'll be fine. Short of actually breaking up with him, you should have no more real hindrances to your relationship.

I got Cassandra's Romance scene, though I had to see the second part on YouTube, since it's bugged. I liked it .
Killed the hinterland dragon today (Sera was surprised To be alive ), I completed the rifts in the region, unlocked the Inquisitor trailer schematic, and done Sera's quest. Tomorrow I'll do Dorian's quest, and I think I'll finally go in the Fallow Mire .

Does anyone know how to unlock Blackwall, Cole, Vivienne and Varric's quest? I don't know if they're just approval based. Wall had more approval then Sera when I got her quest.

I didn't do any of the major companion quests until after Here Lies the Abyss, which I think is the plot quest requirement before the companions open up.
