Adela, I don't know if you're still accepting suggestions for hair and dresses, but... I think something like Aurora's "historically accurate" outfit would fit the ball really nicely and shouldn't have too many clipping issues:

Actually, Cullen is one of the few Bioware romances that I think would fit with a wedding.  I mean I really see him as the sort of character who would be keen on formal commitments and wanting to do the appropriate socially sanctioned thing with his lover.

 

I don't actually think we'll ever see anything of the sort but I'd say it's actually a pretty good fit for him and the romance story.

When the ancient elf calls me shemlen, do you think it is just because I am mortal? He doesn't seem to think modern elves are "real" elves. We are just shemlen, same as humans. I was hoping this was the case and not yet another example of ignoring elven inquisitors.

Dresswise, I just want something that shows a little skin - in a tasteful way.  I don't know about anyone else but I never set about seducing anyone without a reasonable reliance on cleavage.  There is no way my Quizzy would have been wearing all those high necklines to the war table meetings.  It's kind of just not playing to your strengths......sort of.......well I don't know, I could be completely delusional and outdated, I've been married for the last 15 years.....it worked back in the olden days.

Yeah, absolutely. Almost every interaction you have with him throughout the romance points to him being very concerned about what you think about your future together. Not just because he thinks it will look socially acceptable, but also because he really wants to be with you forever

He gets really hesitant when he asks if your human noble family will be bothered by his lack of a title, for one. I don't see how it would matter unless he was specifically thinking about the prospect of you not being okay with marrying someone considered socially beneath your station. If it was just a fling with no commitment, that really wouldn't be such a big deal. He also cuts things off with you if you don't support his decision about lyrium and he feels like he'll be resigned to a bleak, duty-filled future for the rest of his life. He himself tells you he doesn't want the relationship to end after the Inquisition's job is done, and the look he gets on his face if you tell him you would prefer to be friends instead afterwards...man, I really couldn't handle that. ;n;

People thought that wasn't possible? I suppose it is slightly more difficult to achieve since it's not 100% clear what you have to do but I do find it surprising people didn't think it was a possibility. Seriously does no one choose every single dialogue option and talk to characters over and over again or is that just me?

 

Wait, so how do you get this "golden" ending for the ball cos no matter what I have done, Briala is bye-byes. 

Wow, I didn't think it was so hard. I didn't metagame or anything and just naturally got it.

I have no idea what affects it. But, I found Briala's locket in Celene's vault, and confronted both women about it. First, I went to the ladies in waiting and told them about it, which made Celene come talk to me about whether she still has feelings for  Briala. Then, I spoke to Briala and told her about Celene keeping the necklace, encouraging both of them to consider that they both still care for each other. 

 

Then, yeah, I guess I played up Briala's role in the plot during the conclusion, and executed Gaspard. Easy peasy, "true love" conquers all. *snort* My first thought when it happened was, "wow, that was a bit too easy after everything that happened in TME!" LOL

Also, Dorian is definitely glitched I got another greatly approves from him, and still no quest.

Shemlen means "quick children"the ancient elves used it as slang for humans,because in comparison with their immortality the human life span seemed brief.So now that the elves have a short lifespan as well,they're also "quick children"so I think in this case Abelas deliberately uses the term shemlen even for an elven inquisitor,because as you said they're mortal.Or I hope so at least,because hearing my elfquisitor asking if there's a possibility for "This"Mythal to exist and I'm giving emphasis to this because it,sounded like she didn't know who the heck Mythal is.

But! I also don't really see him being a big wedding guy. LOL Can you imagine him in some big state wedding? I always imagined his perfect thing would be something intimate and special in a Chantry somewhere.

Doesn't make him racist, it just means that he has a certain type/types/tastes. Same as if you only dated red heads, or prefered Asian men/women, that doesn't make you a racist, you just have a certain romantic/sexual preference.

But! I also don't really see him being a big wedding guy. LOL Can you imagine him in some big state wedding? I always imagined his perfect thing would be something intimate and special in a Chantry somewhere.

 

I totally see just the two of them and whoever is marrying them. No big show, just something small and intimate between them. I see them exchanging vows quietly in a little Chantry somewhere or if you're an elf he'd marry you under a tree or something XD That would be cute, him trying to work in Dalish customs in the small ceremony.

I have no more likes... But I agree! When you first start flirting with him at Haven, and ask him if templars take vows to deny physical intimacy (or something to that end)--the FIRST thing he says is that "Templars CAN marry"  and then goes on to explain, etc. To know that's where his mind jumped to is so sweet, I loved it!

 

I also see a small, intimate wedding with him.
