Cullen's not racist; he's a character (not a real person) who was hastily written into being a romance option only for female elves and humans due to time and money constraints.
I agree. As disappointed as I am with the options for my female dwarves, it's pretty obvious that it was a matter of time to do the animations for the other races. He never says anything in game to suggest he has a problem that way.

To be honest... I bet the fact that he immediately jumps to "templars CAN marry" is because half of his early dialogue seems geared toward explaining his past behavior. But I do love that he doesn't shy from the "m" word.I have no more likes... But I agree! When you first start flirting with him at Haven, and ask him if templars take vows to deny physical intimacy (or something to that end)--the FIRST thing he says is that "Templars CAN marry" and then goes on to explain, etc. To know that's where his mind jumped to is so sweet, I loved it!

I don't see trolling going on, but I'd appreciate it if we could all take a step back from the 'Cullen is racist' topic since it's so charged. There doesn't seem to be any evidence one way or the other ingame... suggesting that it really is just a lack of time and resource thing. Considering you've come as close to making this old bat bounce up and down in her chair with the hair as anyone has in many years... (yes, I do like feminine hair, at least for some of my PCs.) 
And while I don't give two figs about a dress for the ball for myself, I do feel it would make up for a disappointing oversight for a lot of people, which is why I've tried to contribute in my own weird way. Heck, if it isn't coerced, there are a couple of my planned Inquisitors I might put in the right dress.
