Spoiler

In DG's quote above, he makes it sound like the scene should be there. If it's not actually showing up, then it might be a bug.

Personally I'm actually a little glad I didn't get to see that encounter. I kind of cheated and had Alistair as king and my warden as his queen with both of them alive without doing the ritual. Of course you didn't have that option in the Keep, so I was kind of bummed, but at least I can ignore it.

Re: War table banter, I've only ever had the one where Cullen starts talking and Josephine finishes his sentence by saying some of them where awaiting the Inquisitor's presence more than others. :D

Ahem...I do believe I am going to go get a net and go catch all these lurkers...WISH ME LUCK!

Btw I will save you guys some time in DA:I. When you get an Asturuium with twenty or more points...just stop trying...you won't get it, trust me. At least I have failed at those and always by one misstep too.

About the Astrarium: an advice that works from my BF: Mathematically speaking, always start with a point that has odd numbers of connection line and never from one with even numbers of connecting line.

Hi all! Never posted here before, but you all seem so lovely I thought I would post my feelings on Cullen! Personally I think his romance is the best one bioware has ever done it is pretty much perfect well paced and i really felt at the end Cullen and the inquisitor were in love! Also glad to know I wasn't the only person you had a kiss on the battlemounts before heading out!

So massive thank you to bioware and the writers on this one!

Well, I do love my Alistair romance, I'll say that much, but Cullen is definitely in my top three romances. I'm honestly not sure who I'd have romanced if it wasn't for Cullen. Maybe Josephine.

So this is on my mind for a while: I'm trying to imagine the specific symptoms of lyrium withdrawal. I think each addictive substances has their own withdrawal symptoms or am I wrong? I'm curious on that subject. The game states it's not exactly pleasant and that it's agonizing.

Headaches, weakness in the muscles, maybe... perhaps insomnia? Frequent nightmares?

Have this forum talked about the specific symptoms?

Cullen said in game (War Table Banter) that he had headaches when Leliana asked whether he was well. That happens mid-sentence (they were talking about rifts in Crestwoods) when she suddenly stopped and asked him whether he was OK or not. So I interpret as him suddenly looking sick.

OK I'm weak. I can't even finished my first Human Noble siding with templars PTs (snarky PT). I just want to make my cannon red-headed Trevelyan mage & go with max setting of angst... Nah, I want to experience how Cullen react to a mage actually + his nemesis quest. I'm so weak...

Same here! I guess that I really love how BW's portrayal of warm & heartwarming & a bit shy ex-Templars.

I love Fenris & Merrill too, but it's not the same with Cullen or Alistair. Still, for me personally Cullen wins 1000 times over Alistair. Maybe that's because DAI Cullen's more mature than DAO Alistair. Both are nice story, but somehow I always feels Alistair's romance a more "icing on the cake" when Cullen's a solid story on his own.

Thanks for the welcome!! :-) Am waiting for them to patch it then going to try second run siding with mages, so I get some extra Cullen time.

Complete aside on Alistair my girls are currently watching tinkerbell hearing his voice become out of a fairy talking about getting things ready for spring is odd to say the least!!

I actually love Alistair's immaturity. Not sure how old everyone else here is, but maybe it's because I myself am still young :D

Alistair and Cullen are joint first for me. I don't think I could pick a favourite out of the two because both a good in different ways, despite both being kinda awkward and completely infatuated with the corresponding protagonist.

In regards to canon playthroughs, I won't do that until decent hair, makeup, and outfit mods are out, not to mention the right patches and some sort of mirror of transformation thing. I want my canon Inquisitor to look just right before embarking on my canon.

You know, I just had to give up on my current playthrough last night. It took me too long to get into the rhythm of the game and the branching war table missions. I was overwhelmed by "stuff" and then in just deciding to dig my way out of the quest log, kinda missed a lot of why I was doing things. Plus, there were little things about my Inquisitor's face that bugged me and I wanted to change. :) So yeah, still have not finished a playthrough yet.

If Adela's hair is ready before this playthrough is done, I guess that just means I'll have to start over again.

I guess that since I'll just start my Canon PT now... without any mod. I just can't wait. However, it's entirely possible that another later PT will be the actual Canin later... That happened in my DA:O PTs, I first decided that my Cousland Queen is the canon... Until I played my Lady Amell + Leliana & decided that to be the Canon one...

I think it took me a solid year to figure out my canon playthrough for Origins. With the variants and pacing of Inquisition being so different, it'll probably be longer.

Well, that'll leave lots of time for PTs. Anyway it's better to have one PT too many before deciding hee hee...

Thanks to the Keep I have multiple canons. Though with DAI I don't see myself having an actual canon. I foresee heavily modded playthroughs being my favorites and those won't carry through.

Okay, confession, I've been on vacation from work for a week, playing pretty steadily during that time, and my character only got to level 16. I have no idea how people have multiple playthroughs already. I'm just slow. :(

I got my second PT because I stopped my "canon" PT mid-game... Just because. (I'll finish her later).

Had anyone see the Ser Barris thread? It feels like looking at history at the making. I'm willing to bet that, Maker willing, there'll be an army of Barrisite before long just like Cullen got his Cullenites back then.

does anyone know if there's going to be some kind of celebration like we did with the 3000th page?
