I romanced Cullen as a Warrior/Templar. Some pretty interesting dialogue I kind of prefer this to being a mage.

 

I think I might give that a try next...well after my male playthrough...which I am in the middle of.

Hmmm... can we not with the Blackwall hate in this thread, please? It was pretty bad earlier today and it's going there again now, and as a fan of the character it makes me pretty uncomfortable to be around as everyone takes turns lynching the guy.

 

I guess I can leave and come back another time, but this is supposed to be the positive thread where we escape the toxicity of the rest of the forums, right?

 

Ditto on that - I just started the Blackwall romance for my Qunari and she's like "Blackwall, you're so little..." It's adorable, lol. I thought it was funny in the first scene

I was jumping between IB or Blackwall for her and she landed on Blackwall. I did see the start of some interesting convos for a Tal Vashoth quizzie and IB so I think I will roll another of that race for him later.

I like this. Low key, but still marking the occasion. Maybe everyone could post a screenie of Cullen with their Quizzie, to show all the different kinds of love he has to give around?

 

...and for those not romancing him, a shot with their Quizzie anyway, to show what a good friend he can be to the Inquisitor, even unromanced!

It's amazing how massive this thread is and how many years of accumulated knowledge and discussion is here, it blew my mind when I first found it.

 

And this is only the 3.0 thread! There are two more Cullen threads back in the DAO and DA2 forums to show how long the good fight has been fought to get him where he is now.

Well, I do love my Alistair romance, I'll say that much, but Cullen is definitely in my top three romances. I'm honestly not sure who I'd have romanced if it wasn't for Cullen. Maybe Josephine.

I thought Alistair was impossible to beat tbh but Cullen I think might just have done it, the romance developed very naturally for me, it felt realistic, and it gave me the warm n fuzzies many many times lol. And I can't gush over Greg Ellis' voice acting enough he was amazing

PAGE 4000 DISCUSSION:

 

I think we should do something, although I think it can be low key. I don't know that everyone has had time to create new works recently since we've all been feverishly finishing the game (I've been trying to peck at my next Chocolate and Sex story, but it's been reaaalllly slow going).

 

But maybe it can just be pics of our Inquisitors with Cullen or general screenies of Cullen or something to demonstrate our love of actually playing the game?  

 

Thoughts? 

That's something I can actually participate in! I don't have any screenshots of my Rhiannon with Cullen yet, but I think have a few with just Cullen. I'll try to finish my current pt soon though, and if I'm lucky, I'll manage to get screenshots with both of them before 4000!

They should show up in your Screenshots folder in your Inquisition directory.

I would like to participate with some renders of Cullen's model... but unfortunately i will have to move this week to a new place... soo not sure  if im gonna be present if page 4k hits this week

Yeah, Solas was really easy-going for me, too. I guess it's hard for me to imagine him not liking my Quizzy because I recruited the mages first. Things'll maybe be different if I side with the Templars during my next playthrough. Cass disapproved of a lot of my decisions at first, but I ended up winning back her favor with other choices later on and I got to see her adorable dialogue with Varric about her literary preferences, so I was happy

 

I sided with the Templars on my first PT, spared the Wardens, etc. and Solas still got along with my Inquisitor. They had obvious disagreements according to some instances where he disapproves, but I still got the

Yeah Solas was verily easygoing with my Quizzy but she was also someone whom had a verily laid back personaltiy. And would see things like blood magic as just a tool that could be used to help people and wished she had that ability to use it in the game. But sadly she can't use blood magic as she basicly a symbol for the thing she had despise, as a girl since her parnets were going to ship her off too it untill she recived her powers.

Actually the first two are in DA2 alone. There was also a DAO thread, but that was before my time.

I've finally finished my first play through and I must say I loved it! I've been coming back and forth to this forum because I can seem to keep away from anything Cullen related 

 

Really enjoyed Cullen's romance as well and as someone said earlier it does give the warm and fuzzies and really does feel like a nice natural progression. I really enjoyed the Anders romance but I think Cullen may just have topped that   

 

But yeah just wanted to share my love for the game now I have finished and my love for Cullen of course, because now I've finished I can't help but want to keep talking about it and Cullen xD

 Awww Cole I am definitely protective of him. I think my Inquisitor (Lexi) kinda treats him a bit like a little brother while still keeping that respect for him and his skill level.

 

 

 Confession time:

     1) I listen to music while writing about Cullen & Lexi. They definitely have a couple of songs to fit their blossoming relationship. Does anyone else do this?

     2) When Lexi is walking the grounds and someone refers to her as Inquisitor, she has to fight the urge to call herself "Inquisitron".
