Weird genetic things: my brothers have had grey hairs since they were in their late teens. They're 33 now and have a *lot* of grey hairs. Both my parents only got grey hairs in their 40s and I have yet to find one.
The ball thing... They play up some titles, don't they? I saw a version where they said the Inquisitor was the vanquisher of rebel mages and the PC commented that wasn't true at all. And I think they call Cass heir to the throne and that's just kinda true. So maybe that's why they just call him Commander either way?
I was looking through the talktable that someone was able to extract, and while this line is there:
0000A04F: Commander of the forces of the Inquisition. Former Knight-Commander of Kirkwall.
There doesn't seem to be a line for Knight-Captain. Weird.

Onwards and Upwards
Or you know, he could have called it out of habit. Maybe the Lieutenant was used to calling him Knight-Captain. I mean it was a heated argument they were all in.
Doing a second playthrough and having an incredibly hard time trying to romance another character. Cullen's romance was so well done and heart warming, and is now my favorite for the series. *Sigh* I want to try Solas, but Cullenwullen won't stop looking so lovable.

Hmm, my eyes were brown when I was little, but they've been slowly getting lighter as I get older. I have central heterochromia, apparently, but what it looks like is happening is that the brown is receding closer to my pupils, leaving an ever-expanding blue ring around it. I didn't know what color to put on my license anymore, so I went with hazel
My eyes were green as a kid but by the time I was an adult they were hazel with central heterochromia as well (plus sectoral). Depending on lighting, sometimes they look darker, sometimes you can't mistake the green.
I always thought hazel eyes were green/brown
Here's what Wikipedia says: -
I hear you. Just started a Dalish rogue, planning to romance Solas, but then Cullen shows up with his stupid sexy face and I forgot why I'm not romancing that...*sign
The feels! The man could melt the Frostbacks with some of those looks.

And that, my dears, is why I romanced Solas FIRST.
Thankyou guys
It looks like - I win I win I win

Gorgeous cards, shame about the spelling mistake!
I warned my daughter not to DL the patch since DAI is running pretty well on her computer at the moment.
And my new favorite line from Varric:
Spoiler
Yeah, I got that last night too. I wonder if that and the Josy scene we both got over the last 24 hours are a result of a sneaky patch? I haven't downloaded the big one yet, as my game is running quite well at the moment, and I don't want to mess it up, at least until my Human Quizzy gets to do The Deed with Cullen! ![]()
Hmm I wonder why they chose the knight of swords for him? All the interpretations of the knight of swords I’ve seen so far don’t really seem to fit Cullen, if anything they seem to fit more with Solas.
I particularly like the 'Love' bit of this - it's more or less how the Cullen romance has gone for me!
Introduction: Unlike a number of the Swords cards, the Knight of Swords actually brings a fairly upbeat and cheerful energy. Knights can often mean that someone or something desirable is about to seek you out. The Knight of Swords also points to your physical, emotional, and spiritual energy being at a peak.
General: If you're waiting for news from someone or something, you are likely to like what you hear. The Knight of Swords can point to lots of activity, travel, being out and about, getting things accomplished. You are unlikely to feel like waiting for anything to come to you; that's a good thing… go after your heart's desire.
Work: In relation to work questions, this is a particularly good omen if you are looking for work. A job that is just what you've been hoping for may suddenly come your way. If already employed, things are about to get a lot busier, in a very positive way. You will be getting so much accomplished that you may make your peers look bad. That's mostly their problem, but don't be obnoxious about it.
Love: You may literally be about to be swept off your feet, whether you are male or female. If you are currently in a committed relationship, It may be about to brighten up quite a bit and become a whole lot deeper and more satisfying. If you're looking for love, it may come along when you least expect it but you have to be having some sort of contact with other people for the door to be open to this. Get dressed up and go out on the town. You'll have a blast.
Oh god, I hope that isn't what I think it is... if it is, for the record I should point out that I was drunk and it had been a windy day. I need to not go on camera when I've been drinking.
I wasn't going to watch, but now i think I have to! ![]()

I hope you realise that several of us are now guaranteed to watch as a result of that statement
. I'm now 7 months pregnant and feel like Mr Blobby, so I get a certain amount of glee from seeing other people worse for wear at the minute
Wow! 7 months! You are so close! It doesn't even feel that long ago since you told all of us and you were pretty early in your first trimester if I remember correctly. Do you know if you are having a boy or a girl?

Just to remind everyone that the PC patch is available...just make sure to do a restore point, as the patch has been problematic for some. I've had to roll back to the old version because it kept denying log in to EA authetication servers.
My Lavellan....seems smitten with Cullen....I've fallen down the rabbit hole again

Oh and one difference in storyline....sided with Templars in DA2 and Cullen was a Knight Commander, with Mage ending he is a Knight Captain, courtesy of Cullen splitting up the Mages and Templar outside of Haven, and mentioned for fellow fic writers.
8 weeks to go! It's pretty scary how time has flown, and I missed a lot of time on here due to having no internet for aaaages after my house move
Having a little girl, we're going to call her Imogen
People keep asking me if I'm sure I'm not having twins, which is doing absolute -wonders- for my self esteemand I won't even go into the random tummy-touching strangers!
Tummy touching strangers are the worst. Really, it is just weird. Especially when they are a guy. ![]()
Imogen is such a pretty name! I am so excited for you! Make sure you get lots of sleep now because if you are anything like me you will be so infatuated with your little one that you will just sit there staring at her all day instead of getting some well deserved rest.

Yeah, he still gets called former knight commander at the ball though. :shrugs: There has been some oversight along the way.
