I may get in there at some point, when I've stopped embarassing myself in single player  I think upping the difficulty setting this playthrough was a but ambitious of me :/ I'm more cupcakes than tactics.

That's the point of the group :) Cupcakes, fun, maybe a few deaths. Basically we're all a bit worried we're crap and would rather be crappy together :)
I'll send you invite anyways

Btw there's a Cullenite DAMP forum for those of us who wanna try to DAMP but with other who don't mind a bit of a laugh, or epic fails etc

Oooh, I might have to get in on that sometime! c:

Welcome back to the fold Dirge!

Welcome to our newest de-lurkers too, stick around and get ready with some in game Quizz/Cullen piccies for p4000 :wizard:

The one and only time I appreciate my crappy internet connection (don't tell anyone I actually said that  :P ) lol, I always have auto-updates switched off *phew*. I'll wait for a bit before updating my game I think, let the hot-fixes etc get sorted out. Imagine if it ballsed up and I had to re-download the game *shudders* :D

My mage run is going pretty well so far, I love how each run after the first seems to gel much better for me, I have a little more knowledge and experience so there isn't as much dumb ass muddling around. I feel I have a purpose and a goal in this pt instead of just randomly picking stuff to do lol.

I managed to get a screenshot too, typical that it's just a random one and it has my Quizz & Solas instead of Cullen but I managed to take one and find it on my pc, Yay! So now I'll be spamming my Print Screen button, see what I come up with. Being on medium settings they won't look as good as most of yours but at least I know I can take them now.

My Quizz looked great (well I thought she did!) but certain camera angles have her eye shadow really light blue and pink  I'm sure that's not what I picked. In one screen she had yellow eye-lashes too <_< As long as she looks good for the important Cullen piccies I don't mind :)

Thedas needs me and mum is coming for coffee...typical, people just don't understand! Oh well, I suppose I need to step into RL once in a wee whiley

Just to remind everyone that the PC patch is available...just make sure to do a restore point, as the patch has been problematic for some. I've had to roll back to the old version because it kept denying log in to EA authetication servers.

*snip*

Bugger didn't do this, now my toon has massively shiny hair (this is on high/ultra settings)

Anyone got any suggestions?

EDIT: from patch notes...

"[PC] Hair should be less shiny on lower quality settings."

umm now massively shiny on high settings lol

Look at you, just waltzing back in here now that you have finished your first play-through.  :P

Now we can fill the thread up with our nonsense!

Edit: Do you like how I used the word 'waltzing'? Ahmm.

I read that and went "WELL?!?" puffing my chest out and ready to walk out and slam the door behind me... then I saw the "our nonsense" part and thought "yeah, I'm in for that"

You know me, I was really desperate not to be spoiled on Cullen's romance, I'll be back to my thread stalking, posting crap ways in a week or so no doubt

Yes, waltzing is good!

Now that I know where Cullen is from, I just wanted to know if anyone else is spazzing about it like me? I keep wanting to abandon Inquisition for a bit just to go run over there in Origins and go, "is this your house, Cullen?! Is this your favorite lake of reflection?"

Spoilers for the rest of my post about Cullen's hometown

I am such a sad case. I've only recently finished my first playthrough of Inquisition and I already want DLC and more info on ME4 and more info on the new IP and MOAR BIOWARE.

First thing I did after finishing was look up ME4 news  I am such a Bioware fangirl these days. Why can't they release more often? :(

Why do I have the funny feeling that;

Spoiler

As cruel as that might be to poor Cullen, from his descriptions of his siblings and how much teasing they typically gave each other, it sounds exactly like something his sister and brother would dare him to do?

"Please Serah, can I have some more?"

I think it's safe to say there's quite a few sad cases based on that :P

Pretty sure first DLC is MP too

That would have been funny reaction. I could just imagine Shale saying "So your from that hell hole? I remember you since your that kid that had all the girls following you."

Does anyone else find it a tad amusing that Cullen's oblivious to Hawke being a mage in DA2 can now be explained away as him getting poor instruction from the Templars of Honnleath, who somehow missed the mage who lived smack dab in the middle of town, with a lab chock-a-block with magical traps, a demon tied up in the basement and who kept a low-profile by walking around, barking instructions to a giant golem...

(Yes, Wilhelm was probably allowed to do this because he worked for the Arl of Redcliffe, but it's funnier the other way...)

Either that, or it took him until quite late in his career to be prescribed contact lenses  maybe that's the point when he started straightening his hair :)

So, I have to go back to work today for the first time in a week and a half, so no DA for me. :( On the up side, here's some Cullen and his stupid, sexy half-smile.

Spoiler

And this is what I call his "smug bastard" face.
