Forgive the minor conversation spoiler, but I wanted to share something with the Cullenites:
Spoiler
Thank you for sharing that. I have a couple of medical conditions that mean I have to take a lot of powerful and unpleasant drugs. One in particular is like my lyrium. I need to take it to stop my joints developing into the classic rheumatoid arthritis monkey puzzles. Yet it is seriously toxic and makes me sick for 3 or 4 days after I take it. One of the main possible side effects on the list is 'death'! I start injecting it tonight. That scene of Cullen just looking at the box with his 'works' in it is me every Friday evening. I'm no stranger to recreational drugs, at least in the past, but taking this one just gripes my soul, for some reason. I loathe taking it, but I have to. Hopefully science will come up with something that will let me throw my box against the wall as well. Ah well, as least I get decent painkillers too!
Thank you for everyone to share these. I cannot say that I had experienced first hand on these matter, but no matter what I am moved by your courage & struggle. Hope the best for all of you, for each their own struggle. *Hugs for all of you!*
Guys, does Cullen have any special dialog lines or cutscenes if you play a mage? Sorry if it was already mentioned elsewhere, I couldn't find anything really.
Yup, there are alternative conversation if you're Circle Mage (a.k.a. Trevelyan). Not sure about mage Lavellan or Adaar. Even if romance content, there are special "mage" option in addition to the standard choice at dialogue wheel.
I'm so bad, I just realized that the bard in Orlais (Winter Palace, Val Royaux) sing the actual French version of each song. Just wondering, how will they do this in French version?
...maybe I should uninstall & re-install the game in French... just for science... But I'd seen some video of Cullen talking in French version and it"s just a big no no no, so awful. (Weirdly the Cullen's German version is quite good. Not nearly as good as Greg's version but still OK. Maybe that's because both German & English language is a more direct, more earnest while French is more melodic?).
