I chose the wrong advisor for this one and it only said that half of Denerim burnt I think. Nothing about Alistair and Anora dying.

Went back to screencap this 'cause I knew I'd failed this quest too, on my Qunquisitor.

There is an assassination attempt on Alistair and/or Anora, but even if you fail the quest they don't die of it.

I expect that would be the case. Like the flowers only showing up on Josephine's desk after a certain conversation by some other party members out in the field. Speaking of which, while I got two comments from Cullen's messengers, I never heard a peep from anyone standing around Josephine's desk and there was someone there frequently : /

She didn't say it was in a cage, just that there was sometimes a bird in his room. If it's one of Leliana's, she doesn't keep the birds in the rookery in cages, does she?

Flowers appear? Didn't see that happen in mine. Someone said Cullen starts making his bed and tidying up the place after you bed him, but I hadn't noticed anything like that, lol.

Someone pointed out that he could be using the bird to send letters backwards and forwards to his sister... why didn't I think of that? LOL!

Grrr! I'm stuck in my second play through. I'm playing it on hard because I got through the whole normal play through without a single TPK, so I thought it was time to move up the difficulty.

 

I can't get past Your Heart Shall Burn. I can cruise right up until the endless waves of Red Templars at the final trebuchet. Then I just simply get overwhelmed, and by the time the Behemoth shows up, I'm sucking wind as a party and don't have what I need to do that final crank.

 

I really don't want to go back and grind out another level, and I don't think it'll help since it seems the enemies level with me in the quest.

Yeah, I had the same problem and I ended up dumbing it back down to normal for that bit or else I would have never gotten past it on hard without loading a save and grinding out another couple of levels. I will be better prepared for next time.

OK, she emerged, and says she'll try to catch a SS while it's in the room, but she can't guarantee how much she'll play this weekend.
