I know I'm quoting myself and that is probably vain but I would like to add that in addition to becoming a Templar I made Cullen take the lyrium again so now they're the Templar Battle Couple. Which is exactly what I had intended.

I'm really liking my current quizzy, Theresa Trevelyan. She's turning out to be a very interesting character.

I made her with the purpose of making her a Templar, so her history became:
As the third child of the Trevelyans she would be dedicated to the Chantry as per Free Marches tradition (just like Sebastian was), but because she was not the type for a quiet life as a Chantry sister - not that she was unwilling to serve the Chantry but she just wanted to be actively doing things to help others - she aimed to become a Templar instead (if I'm feeling like making it angsty I make it so that this was the only choice she ever really got to make for herself in her life, being bound to nobility and tradition and all - in a way the reverse of Cullen). So she trained for it but because the mage rebellion happened she never got to the point of actually joining. Naturally, as Cullen used to be a Templar he immediately caught her eye and her interest.

Raised a devout Andrastian (her family was highly religious), she jumped at the call of being the Herald of Andraste, and believed she had found her purpose in life as the Chosen One.

After the attack on Haven, though, and the discovery that the mark was something that came from Corypheus instead of Andraste, her faith got a bit of a dent and she's not so sure now that she's chosen, though she keeps up appearances otherwise for the most part.

She rejected Sera for being a criminal, and Cole for being a tricksy spirit/demon thing even though he helped her defeat Envy (so now the only rogue I have is Varric and I have to take him everywhere xD). Dorian was almost thrown out as well for being a Tevinter mage, but he did risk his life to come warn them in Haven so she owed him at least that much. She's warmed to him since, though, and helped him

though she was a bit clueless about his sexuality. XD

It's funny, I had originally intended to make her a bit of a warrior seductress, but she ended up somewhere between Cullen and Cassandra. Very serious about her task and all business out in the field but when she does relax she has a wicked sense of humor, and she enjoyed trolling Cassandra from the start (I couldn't resist taking the flirt options - it was hilarious xD). It's really interesting how that relationship seems to have evolved though - I'm not sure what the female equivalent of a bromance is but Theresa and Cass are having it.

Not yet. I just figured out that I can't buy stuff from US cause they add lot of taxes in the prices on the check out.. ^^; I'm still very undeciding too, I kinda look forward DAI a lot but then I don't think the PS3 version of the game is what I look forward. I don't think I'd be able to create many my Inquisitors in it since there is no scars, beards look like someone took marker and draw them on the face, hair looks almost as bad.. but then I don't have choice at the moment. I need to play it on PS3. Sigh ^^;

Yes. It's possible. There's the first choice in his office where you get to tell him to take it or not take it in various different ways. If you tell him to take it then afterwards there will be a scene at the weapon smith where he's looking at swords where you get a further three choices - either tell him to stop after all (reversing your earlier decision), tell him you'll help find a better way to stop after all this is over, or simply remind him this is the life he chose. Only if you take the third choice will he break up with you.

Turns out the lyrium isn't quite as deal breaking as we've been lead to believe.

I created a female qunari and she is quite pretty. Pretty and bald, lol. She pulls it off though. 

 

You have PS3 version?

 

None of the characters I just have planned don't go well with bald ^^; I think I'd need create whole new character for that..

Yeah. It's possible. There's the first choice in his office where you get to tell him to take it or not take it in various different ways. If you tell him to take it then afterwards there will be a scene at the weapon smith where he's looking at swords where you get a further three choices - either tell him to stop after all (reversing your earlier decision), tell him you'll help find a better way to stop after all this is over, or simply remind him this is the life he chose. Only if you take the third choice will he break up with you.

 

You are strong for doing this play-through. I don't think I could ever tell him to keep taking lyrium. Nor could I ever turn away Sera and Cole, they are my babies. Well, Sera is more like the younger sibling but Cole is my baby. I think I need to up my role-playing in my next play-through.

If it helps I am playing on ps3 until I get my computer built after xmas.  I will freely admit that it is not as pretty as some videos and screenshots I have seen but then I wasn't expecting it too.  That said, its definitely playable and I have actually been able to make some pretty decent looking characters.

 

The major issue that I have had is that sometimes caves are pretty awful looking.

She's pretty. The problem is that the PS3 is very inferior graphic-wise to XBONE and has many graphical bugs too. BW should fix them but they just keep ignoring us asking them when they are going to fix the graphics.. sigh.

 

Because texture bugs are big problem I doubt the game the Inquisitor will look horrendous all the time but I should be ready to meet this kind of quality still and I'm not sure if I want XD

I picked the American VO for my dalish elf (because I wanted her to be different from my 1st character) and I'm having such difficulty getting used to it. I really don't want to start over because I finally got my character to look right. Kinda hoping they haven't patched the voice change bug.

 

I have, also, already failed at not flirting with Cullen.

It depends.. some got more buggy games than others. I'd say they are both pretty equally bad ^^; Still, I don't see point of buying PS4 yet just to get one game for it and having to switch around so I can play rest of games with PS3. I could buy the game now or wait for graphic patch.. but BW doesn't answer us at all about the problems so I don't know if they are even going to fix those bugs. They seem to just want to fix PC version.

Oh I agonized about Cole for quite a while. I love him too. Such a sweetheart. He's a lot like me, actually (including his difficulty understanding the world). But I felt it was important for RP reasons. Sera was easier, she's funny but she rubs me the wrong way sometimes.

Also, remember I'm the one who played the tyrant dwarf who totally gave Cullen a hard time. XD It helped that that was my first playthrough and I wasn't as attached to the characters yet. My second character, the elf, did keep Cullen off the lyrium. I've recorded that version and the one with my current quizzy and likely will post them to YouTube, too (the tyrant dwarf version is already there).

I don't find Sera annoying, though I know a lot of people do. I think she is kind of cute in her own unique way but I am quirky as f*ck so....lol, strange minds think alike? Your tyrant dwarf  big meany.

I actually head-cannon her as being snobby as shite. A right proper lady that would give Viv a run for her crazy-ass hats. They are full horns with some sort of metal encasing them. I have her as a mage but I don't know if I am going to go with Sera or Bull for her love. My brother is pushing for Sera, lol.

But we got the cute little letters between him and his sister. I wish we'd gotten more of those. I loved reading them.
