Hard to say. The naked followers were called "naked armor" so I guess you donned your nakedness? For Cullen, I'm gonna guess that "shirtless with pants" is perhaps another armor he could put on, in addition to "naked armor" (which for all the human men seemed to be identical).

Cullen and Amell will always be my number one. Even with the inquisitor romance. I can't help it. I'm just partial to what could have been!
If it wasn't for Alistair completely and utterly winning over not just my Warden but me too then I think I probably would've shipped my Amell and Cullen too. However, Cullen had the same effect on me and my Inquisitor as Alistair did in DA:O so I only ship my Inquisitor with Cullen... especially after he says that he's never felt anything like this before to the Inquisitor, kinda blows Amell/Surana out the water.
Though technically my Amell and Inquisitor are both supposed to be me, so I guess I win either way, LOL!
