I am still pretty steamed with what they did with Hawke. My Hawkes don't give a crap about the Wardens, so this whole going off to the Anderfels and leaving their romance behind...yeah I am not a fan of that choice.

 

But Hawke's father was...

manipulated and had is family threatened by the Grey Wardens.  It's possible that Hawke might be going to Weisshaupt to hold someone accountable.

So, I'm to the point where I could start the Cullen romance (which I likely will) but I was also thinking about Iron Bull. I've taken all flirt options wih both. But I just had a short convo with Bull where he talks about a red haired kitchen maid and it looks like there is a flirt option but it's blacked out. Do I need higher approval for it to show up? Or have I been locked out? I went back to a previous save so the convo never happened. I haven't done the Charger quest yet. Guesses?

Charger quest is when it all really starts flowing, at least for me. After that, make sure to take every single flirt line, and make sure you talk to him right after the quest too.

 

You do know what you are getting into with Bull, right?

Isn't that technically under the table, since he is married to Anora? The Orlesian Court wouldn't necessarily know that.

 

For Leliana to be a "Prince-Consort", she would be in a relationship where it's just a male Cousland ruling, with no Anora, so they could be open about it.

You got it backwards. Leliana can only be a mistress to a Warden married to Anora, because he can't rule alone. The Warden can be a mistress to either Alistair as sole ruler or married to Anora. I understand that the Orlesian court is more open about it, but if it's so widely known, it could be in the letter.

Yeah, Alistair is no Henry viii. He won't be flaunting his mistress around the court and he may not love Anora but I don't doubt that he respects her and it is against his nature to be even slightly cruel to anyone but Morrigan.

I know! Though I think he may have blatantly ignored Kieran's presence (if you are rolling a an import where he is the baby daddy) and that would have broke my heart cos kids. But the Morrigan/Alistair sass out would have been exemplary.

Didn't Gaider say that there is one, but you have to do Wicked Eyes etc. before Here Lies the Abyss? (reposted below w/spoiler tags in case anyone's not there yet) Or did you guys mean something more involved?

Is that not in there? If you go and get Morrigan and then begin the plot with the Grey Wardens, there is a period where Alistair or Loghain is potentially at Skyhold at the same time as her -- and there is a scene between the two of them if you go and speak to Morrigan. Might only be if they were involved in the Dark Ritual, I don't actually recall, but I don't think so.

I agree, but he's not married to Anora in my game, and I don't see why he couldn't be mentioned in the Hero's letter.
