Don't worry, it's not actually meant to be Crestwood. It's meant to be somewhere near Honnleath, where he grew up. They're just trying to make the most of game resources. If you look at the map the two places are not that close together
Wow, great catch, Cerulion. But, I think we're just seeing that they did actually recycle resources. Like what Narcia said, there's no way a child would leave Honnleath and travel half way across Ferelden for quiet time. (then again everyone else did; the distances are never once considered in this game!)

Fine. My entire route is go to the war table then Josie, Varric, Solas, Viv, Dorian, Leli, Cullen, Cole, Sera, Bull then Cass but because Blackwall is a egg that doesn't hang out inside the vicinity of my efficient route I usually forget to go speak to him.

Yeah, but isn't it super annoying when the scene moves you to somewhere else at the end? I would much rather the character moved around to where the scene took place.

Lol, I kind felt that happened the most with Cullen. The cut scene would end and I would look around thinking "where the f*** have you left me this time?"

LOL I went the opposite way. I teleport to Leliana, go down and talk to Dorian, Solas, and then run across the walkway straight to Cullen's door. Then I teleport to Cass, Bull, Sera. Teleport to main hall, Varric, Viv (altho I often skipped her). Teleport to barn for BW.
Just finished the game. The ending had an unbelievable amount of weaknesses, but I was surprised to find that the thing that immediately annoyed me the most was that I can't kiss Cullen anymore!!
I wish they took a cue from ME2 (wish they took alot of cues, really) where you can invite your LI to your quarters and just, you know....hang out

Well, my Inquisitor is a lot fitter than yours because she ran everywhere........... I did not know we could teleport. 
Imagine the poor guy have to look outside his office window everyday and saw his boss/girlfriend doing free fall from her balcony. All the panic attack it would cause.Thank the Maker he didn't 8DD It's Sera.

I jump from everything, even out in the field, LOL! Can't quite get up the mountain? Jump up it! Need to get down? Jump! Dragon's flapping it's wings to drag you in? Multi-jump!
Oh, you would love playing Destiny. Go a hunter and you can triple jump!
