OH! Can someone help me out with the frakking Hissing Wastes?

I think one of my landmarks isn't triggering... it doesn't show up on the map and it doesn't register that I found 8/8. Can someone confirm for me where I'm supposed to plant the flag for the Colossus Statue? I think I did it... there's a black Inquisition flag at the foot of the statue, before the stairs down to the tomb ... but I can't complete the quest, so maybe I'm wrong. I don't see a pyramid on my map, tho, either. I may be bugged...

Unless you could somehow get up onto his roof? Or the door to his tower was at ground level originally?

I totally thought we'd be able to get up there, I was disappointed when we couldn't!
... Not gonna lie, I'd hoped there would be a cutscene where he'd take us out through the hole in the roof to star gaze or something.

I just really want to ambush my LI and all my other companions batman style.

What I just like dramatic entry and exit...

I wish we could invite the LI's to our quarters. Not sure how you'd summon them exactly, since you'd have to physically go and tell them... or maybe send a bird with a message or something, but that room is totally going to waste! I was kinda hoping that the LI would move in so you'd find them in there at certain times of the day (not that Skyhold has ambient day/night cycles), or at least find items of theirs to suggest that they've moved into your room/visit frequently.

The first time I felt the need to fling myself over the side of a wall in Skyhold out of laziness I momentarily pictured the panicked screaming in the courtyard as the beloved Inquisitor of the people lay spread-eagled on the ground in a bloody puddle. Then, I yolo'd off anyway. Was pleasantly surprised to see that I was invincible. No wonder Corypheus didn't bother attacking Skyhold. Sucker.

 

 

Oh,  sob , don't tell me this. So you do get romantic-y lines in his nemesis quest??  Sniff sniff. Man! I'm p!ssed again I went protemplar. Grrr.

 

Aw ;w; Sorry! Don't feel bad, you didn't miss all that many romance lines. If you have the time you should play through a pro-mage run though, there's a really cute moment where you can

compliment him on his hard work bringing Samson to justice and he'll act all surprised and flattered. He's so modest and earnest and self-critical sometimes so I was grateful for the chance. It's adorable. ;-;

So someone has officially trigger the Morrigan-Alistair scene!

 

 

I got it to trigger tonight! On the Xbox One!

 

 

I did Here Lies the Abyss up until the Adamant Operation was on the map. Then I did Wicked Hearts. The first time I came back to Skyhold, I had a cutscene conversation with Morrigan (introducing her son), and when I clicked on her again, it went into her normal dialog wheel. So went to Crewstwood, immediately came back to Skyhold, and then went directly to the garden and Alistair was there!

 

This was in an Ultimate Sacrifice import, where my male dwarf Warden had romanced Morrigan.

where I think he first thanks you for/commends you on your efforts in bringing the Red Templars to justice. You then have the option to point out that he worked hard, too. It wasn't a romance option, it was a normal conversation option, but either way he seems a little shocked and thanks you. I thought it was really sweet. I guess he hasn't been complimented for his efforts often. :c

I think the biggest flaw of Destiny is that you can't play co-op on the same console... I mean isn't that the point of such games. I was thinking it would be like "Halo 2.0" but nope. People buy games like that to play with their spouse, flatmate, friends, etc. Not for the riveting story lol (like BioWare games)

LOL yeah, I felt bad the first few times I heard my Inquisitor's anguished yell but soon desensitized myself to it. The Inquisition now regularly sees their leader catapulting around the fortress while cursing her aching joints. I am a terrible person.
