Guys I am in a conundrum (again). After finishing my first Cullen romance I want to start a new playthrough but now I'm torn between playing a female human mage romancing Cullen or a female Qunari who will likely go after Josie.
Play them concurrently! I have a female Qunari for Blackwall running concurrently with a Cullen romance so that I don't go thru "Cully-Wully Withdrawl Syndrome."

There are several times when the dialogue has alternative for mages, still the same cutscene but the context is really great. And there are one moment that Cullen drops his voice to a whisper in such a hot way... only happen if you're a mage! (my noble Trevelyan didn't get this).
Plus, Knight Enchanter's really badass.
Play what will be most fun for you
Slogging through a playthrough just to romance someone or play a different way isn't always the best use of one's free time, don'tcha think?

Dalish DW x Blackwall
FemCadash warrior x Sera
And yeah I would've nixed Bull (initially my intended second playthrough) and replaced him with Solas after that first playthrough because WOW, SOLAS

Nah I haven't read it; figured it'd be just like the movie!
Ok....I have heard the vast majority of those lines, except for a few at the very beginning. My guess, there was a scene where people in Skyhold were injured and these companions we leave behind to help the wounded. Long story short, the lines were recorded, but no time left to animate it.
Looks more and more like the devs bit off far more than they could chew. Which is a damn shame. I almost wish that they had taken another year or had at least another 2-3 months. I sense the hand of EA at work here, cause I do not want to believe that Bioware would cut stuff like this.
