It was Cole and Varric talking about cards, and which cards beat what in Wicked Grace. Cole inadvertently goes into Varric's mind and gives an image of a woman slipping an Ace of Dragons into a thigh high boot (Isabela) and a blonde man that's always angry frowning down at his cards. (Anders)

 

Hah! I always knew she was a bloody cheat. That is really nice, though. Makes me feel a little nostalgic.

LOL SORRY! I saw it this morning and it pulled at my heartstrings so I needed to vent my rage! 

 

Seriously though, I complimented the author on it being well-written...it just seems a bit OOC for me. Apparently you guys feel the same too. 

 

I read one where a King Alistair had started having a bunch of mistresses despite being with the Warden... after that I went even more off the idea of making Alistair King, or hardening him for that matter, LOL!

I kept the coin because from what he said it seemed like he'd thought a lot about it and very much wanted her to have it. My mage Trevelyan would have had similarly few possessions and would have given him something similarly meaningful of hers. Probably some kind of family crest ring or necklace, since you have the option of saying the Trevelyans were supportive and in touch, and it would have been easier to take things she was already wearing than an Andraste statue or something when she fled the Annulments.

This is pretty much the reason I take it from him as well.  The coin represents something important to him (love family all that) and he's offering it to you.  It is very sweet and a demonstration that he cares a lot.

That is a great shot and I envy your GPU....unfortunately my rendition of lee Pace the Inquisitor doesn't look as shiny without good graphics. Literally cranked them up to high and that's as good as a GT630 will do, oh and let's not forget the avg 15 fps

Oh, ew. Even my sad-ending King Alistair who is hardened ( ), married to his brother's widow, and half-widowed himself, would never stoop so low.

 

If Zev suddenly became King of Antiva, I could see that, but Alistair... it's just not in his nature to be a manwh*re like that.

In order to to do the 2160p landscape screenies, my fps slows down to about 15 - 20ish...which means I can't really play at that. So I just use that resolution for landscape screenies.

About Cullen's coin, who among you decide to keep it, who refuse & ask Cullen to keep the coin himself?

 

I'm having bad time deciding, since it gives me so much guilt to take away his only keepsake from his brother... The only thing that he own that comes from his life before. But it's also his way of saying now the inquisitor is part of his life, which says a lot.

My Trevelyan accepted it. She had nothing personal, everything is either part of the Inquisition or equipment, Cullens coin however is something that was given to her, not for duty, but as a gift for her, Cullen gave it to her because of their feelings and she cherishes that.

Soooo, I may have just sat there and watched the Cullen sexytime scene about 10 times in a row... I'm supposed to be gathering up my clips for the review, but I got a little sidetracked with that one, LOL! 

 

I absolutely adore how gentle he is and in turn how sweet the Inquisitor (with Alix Wilton Regan's voice) is with him, it's really heartwarming to see him finally getting the TLC he needs, I always pick the "you can let me worry a little" option after he wakes up from his nightmare because I like the cute half-laugh he does before he says "alright". I also like how they both sound so much younger when they're being soppy bastards. Adorable!

 

Figured I'd post up my me!Inquisitor and Cullen since I haven't yet:

 

 

 

 

I love his expression on this one, it's right after the I love yous... he genuinely looks like he just got hit with all the feelsuh, the frostbite engine is great for facial animations, isn't it!

Personally I would stay far away from Alienware...it's just not the same since it went Dell. 

 

I went custom...picked out what I wanted right down to the case with the most airflow (my tower is literally about 2' x 2' x 10")...then had it assembled. It was pricey, but worth it. Next time around I might try building it all by myself.
