Has anyone seen a vid of Cullen-lovin' with the alternate voice? I went with that one with my dual-dagger fireball, but I haven't gotten past Haven yet.

Personally I would stay far away from Alienware...it's just not the same since it went Dell.
I went custom...picked out what I wanted right down to the case with the most airflow...then had it assembled. It was pricey, but worth it. Next time around I might try building it all by myself.

I have not. Doesn't seem to be a popular choice in CC for most.
There was that voice bug for a while. I think most people picked the english accents on principle though.

$2500??? Holy bajeezus! My b/f had a gaming laptop custom built from the same place I got my desktop and his was less than $1100. He doesn't have DA:I but he can play Assassin's Creed: Black Flag and ME3 maxxed out. I'm sure some of that $$$ is just the name "Alienware."
My rig only cost about $1800, but then again desktops are cheaper than laptops (proportionately).

HA! That one will be my 2h warrior-goddess. I'm thinking of re-rolling her with the alternate voice as well...I'm only 3hrs in for her. I already have three quizzies with the "normal" voice so it was gettin' kinda old.
The dual-dagger fireball is a wild one though...I'd imagine she might be a biter...

It was Cole and Varric talking about cards, and which cards beat what in Wicked Grace. Cole inadvertently goes into Varric's mind and gives an image of a woman slipping an Ace of Dragons into a thigh high boot (Isabela) and a blonde man that's always angry frowning down at his cards. (Anders)
Now if only Cole had mentioned Hawke's dog, who's a better card player than Anders...

The way I look at it is that Varric is from Kirkwall and has an "American" accent. The Free Marches seem to be very varied, so I figured the "American" accent would work. The "British" one is very Fereldan...and soft-spoken.
I will say that the "British" voice is great for some specific snarkalicious lines like:
"Magical time travel - deal with it."
"I hope you have something more to go on than the elves were acting dodgy..."

The thing is that AWR's voice is the deeper tone I was thinking of. She dropped it from what I remember Traynor having in ME. And then Sumalee has a voice even deeper than that which gets into a little further down than I was looking for, but I'll bet it sounds good on a qunari.

It does sound good on the Qunari...and it also seems to fit my dual-dagger Trevelyan. There's no way the soft spoken accent would work for her. Then again, I am trying to play her more like "me," and I'm a Yank...with a loud obnoxious Yankee voice... 
I hope the next DA game features a nice northern brit accent for the protag.

Now I'm totally seeing a qunari female doing this...Awwwwww. Why isn't that a option? I need a picture of qunari quizzie carry Cullen princess style in my life.
We need an artist to do that for all the disappointed qunari (and dwarf) fans.

I totally wanted this as well...had to settle for Blackwall. She's like "Blackwall my schnookums, you so tiny!"
