I dunno, friends I'd presume. They seem to get on well enough, which is nice to see.

 

I like to think that he's a little...ambivalent? Hesitant?  About him at first because a) mage and Tevinter, but Dorian just wins him over because he's Dorian.  And, because Dorian was my Quizzy's BFF (Varric and Cass too, but Varric's first priority is Hawke/Kirkwall which she can respect, and she loves Cass to bits but she's not necessarily the person you go to for sort of...bonding?), and I think Cullen is probably glad that she has people she can trust and confide in who look after her out in the field when he can't be there.

 

I do however imagine that Dorian teases both of them a lot about how terrible and obvious they are at flirting.

 

I did get the feeling that most of the team got to at least respect everyone by the end, with a few particular exceptions (e.g. I can't see Sera and Viv ever being chummy, and Solas' true feelings are anyone's guess.)

Amazing game.  Mind you, I tried replaying it earlier this year and I could not for the life of me remember how all the isometric interactions and stuff worked!  That was my first Bioware game, I think, and already I was in a position of 'this character probably isn't 100% optimal but I am not leaving them behind - Minsc is so sad if you leave him out!)

 

I think my partner never finished because he got to the betrayal bit and he'd really invested in the betrayer's skills, so he was quite peeved.

Interesting how the voices say Solas instead of Fen'harel/dread wolf you'd think Mythal would call him that. :/

Maybe because we don't know who Solas truly is, the voices are using a name that we can understand/comprehend?

Did anyone else notice that when you go to talk to Cullen post-game he's much more confident with his compliments/suggestiveness? Nice to see him feeling comfortable enough to be a bit more forward with her, lol.

True, at that point in-game it hadn't been revealed that he's the dread wolf, so I guess BioWare figured that people would likely reverse the audio to listen to the whispers and kept it as Solas, just in case the player hadn't finished the game more than once yet.

He is,I also like that instead of going for a boring handshake he just goes for it hugs her instead,thought it was a nice touch.

Listening to it back it sounds exactly like that! Though the "Mythal is" part has a lot of white noise to it. The rest sounds clear as day!

It was one of my first Bio games as well. Though I've never actually finished ToB. Sad I know. And yes that particualr plot twist I never saw coming. I think there's a mod that let's you restore said betrayer if you feel so inclined. I'd never play an umnodded BG2 again. Even modded to hell it can still be awkward to play.

I'd have kicked his arse if he'd given her a handshake, LOL! It's cute how he holds his arms open as he walks over to her to hug her, it's very "NEED TO HUG YOU NOW" isn't it! I like that he does it in front of the whole crowd like he doesn't care that people will gossip because yes they're together, she's still alive and that's all that matters. 

 

Btw, does anyone know if the companion LI's get any scenes like that? Does the companion LI have his/her scene with the Inquisitor have their "thank the Maker you're alive" scene as they come down from the rubble or something?

Has she managed to get that makeup implemented yet? With those eyebrows and that eye makeup I might actually stand a chance of recreating an accurate Inquisitor version of myself, lol.

we are more in the testing phase right now, even with the mods on nexus there are still some issues  when installing them into the game, such as getting a black face or multicolored face in some scenes, we are waiting for Eham and Voider to  make the patches more stable and not cause weird glitches.. also still waiting to get may hairs in
