Yes, this is the second time this happened with this exact piece of art, as well. Even if therealmcgee obviously watermarks her stuff, it's far too easy for artists to get separated from their art on the internet. So, really, it's the least we can do for them sharing their talent for free.

Maybe it was an agent sent to investigate new territory who encountered hostile native resistance

Yes when you recruit Vivienne and ask Cullen if there is anything you should know he mentions that he got used to mages hating him on principle because he was a templar and he found her opinions on the matter to be rather traditional. A heart icon shows up here which has the quizzing saying she never hated him because he was a templar. He gets a little blushy and says thank you. This only shows up if you play a mage. And the dialog sometimes takes a while to trigger.
I've played a mage and romanced Cullen on each time. Whenever I had that dialogue from Cullen I never got the wheel to pop up and offer me to respond. Same with Cullen's Sera's comment, which I am not even sure there is one.

I had no problem getting Cullen's line about Sera and the piece of cakes he gave him. But I had also talked to Sera before him and she mentions being hungry at the end of your exchange with her. Maybe that has to happen first? *shrug*

Hey guys i have a question where is the dragon on the storm coast located? Can anyone show me on a map pls?
I don't have a map but go to the cave where all of the lyrium veins are for Varrics personal quest. It should be at the very end go the map (if you start at the starting camp and follow the coast all the way to the end, there is a cave.) At the end of that cave is a boat, use the boat. It will take you to another island where it's just a linear path and that will take you to the dragon.
