Nothing new here, but found Cullen's character blurb:

After serving as a templar for over ten years, Cullen is now Commander of the Inquisition's forces. He believes in the Inquisition's cause and is proving to be a strong leader. Cullen is trying to move on from the events of his past. Since DA2, he has taken a step back from his more extreme views. He still distrusts magic, but is less prejudice towards mages as people. Wishing to break from his old life, Cullen has stopped taking lyrium.

 

Cullen has been working with Leliana, the Inquisition's Spymaster, and Josephine, the Inquisition's Ambassador, for the past few months. During meetings, Cullen acts as a military advisor and tends to prefer the direct approach.

A thought came to my head after seeing Cullen's frowny face all up in the interwebs... I like how he seems to smile only to the Inquisitor in a blissful way. And he just needs to smile for that one person Hehe, he gives me the warm and fuzzy feelings (✿ ♥‿♥)

Oh, they updated it on the main website? Or was that found whilst file diving? If so, what does Solas' say?

I'm so intrigued to see what else you guys will find. I wonder if there's a description for the final battle? Like how it was supposed to play out, or whether sending Corypheus into the fade actually killed him or just banished him etc, there might be something for that one?

What are you using to file dive? That DAI tool thingy? I've had a poke around with it but most of the files just come up as numbers and weird coding.

Yeah, I'm using the Bundle Explorer in DAI Tools. To get Cullen's character description, I did this:

In Bundle Explorer:

 

File > Open > selected and opened "mainbase.sb" located in "[DAI installation directory]\Data\Win32\da3\layouts\inquisitorbase2\mainbase"

 

Once that opened, I went to Transfer > Export All EBX (this will export the files in XML format to whatever folder you choose)

 

When it finished exporting, I went to the folder it exported everything to and found "cullen.xml" (located in [export directory]\da3\designcontent\characters\global\specialist)

 

Open this in something like Notepad/Notepad++ and you can find his description there.

 

But, yeah, most files are a bunch of numbers/letters and code.

Solas' character description:

 

Spoiler

Solas is an elf who has lived most of his life as a solitary apostate. He is an expert on the Fade, the world of spirits and dreams. He is polite, reserved, calm, and difficult to antagonize. Years of study and seclusion have made him incredibly intelligent, but also skeptical of the value of most poltiical goals and ideals. As such, he tends to pragmatism rather than idealism. He responds well to people who are intelligent and clever, and thinks less of people who are thuggish and crude.

 

Note that some of his lines are marked "ancient times", which is when Solas is remembering something profound he experienced in the Fade. These lines are written with a specific cadence. They should NOT be sung or forced into a sing-song voice pattern, but knowing that there is a bit of rhythm there might help the actor.

Woof...gosh, I do wish Cullen wore more fitted clothes in the game   That Orlesian ball suit was cute, but not only did the brick red+cornflower yellow combination make my eyes hurt a little, but oh you know, I wouldn't have mind a little more collar bone, or a little more arm...or, something...

Among Cullen's Skyhold dialogue, Josie said something about getting Cullen a 'tailored coat' as a birthday gift, because he can't wear that armor all day long. I was like, oh sister, yes. But no, he just got butter/sugar sweets.  Come on, give me this fine 'tailored coat from Val Royeaux'!

So, now that we got things fixed, it turns out I have fairly decent graphics after all (who knew ).

 

Not entirely satisfied with my attempt to get an early to mid-30ish Dalish who's been in a few fights, but here's my mage, Chudna (debating recreating her, but I got tired tonight):
