I'm enjoying the change. Don't get me wrong I love Cullen, but nice to have something a little different... when Solas breaks Llira's heart, I have Cullen to run back to with Trev!
I finally worked out how Nvidia shadowplay works so I can record the cut scenes for my own personal viewing

I've only played with it a little so far but I haven't had any stuttering so far.
I haven't tried loading it to the net either.

Vilkas and Erik have nudged my Dragonborn right off the blind face of a mountain and straight into her gruesome death so many times that I make them hold still in place whenever we have to go anywhere higher than a slope.
The one bad thing about having a mod that allows me to have a massive pack of dogs for followers is that they tend to sit in front of doorways and block the entryway 
Also, let me tell you who really sucks at walking around a massive pack of dogs: Karliah.

I watched "The Blob" around 4 years old and had recurring nightmares up through high school 
I do prefer a voiced protagonist and the combat is a bit of a pain in the arse but I love everything else about it, to me DA:O is still far superior than DA2 and DAI... which is a shame because I truly believed that DAI would knock DA:O out of the ballpark.
DAI is so, so close to being a great game. Alas!

I always had the feeling that Zevran, at least, would find a way to make sure, if you had to go to your Calling, that you didn't survive it. He's a practical one.
Have you seen the comic (and accompanying short short story by Mr. Gaider) about Zevran agreeing to accompany the Warden on his calling? It's a male Warden but he'd do the same for a female beloved, of course.

Most of the thread is on PC, I think there are exactly four people on Xbox One which is just enough for a team, lol. But ask around, there are bound to be people that are ready to have a go at MP. I'm pretty sure there are still people posting in the group.....may be. I didn't check the dates.

My achingly slow first playthrough continues. Finally finished What Pride Has Wrought, and the conversation with Cullen afterwards has pierced my poor heart. I must have played through the scene a dozen times now, just to hear every possible dialogue permutation. I thought Alistair would reign eternally as the King of Feels, but Greg Ellis' delivery is just sublime.
I only wish the IQ had something more comforting to say to him at that moment. I found the response that's (misleadingly!) paraphrased as "Yes, I will" to be the least reassuring of the lot.

On an entirely different subject: you guys who've been posting the hi-res screenshots, what are your graphics settings? I've got everything on high, but there must a significant difference between high and ultra, as I swear my shots don't look nearly as detailed. (Though that's probably for the best: if Cullen looked that good in my game, I'd never leave his room!)

My settings are a mix of high and ultra (mostly high), but I'm also using SweetFX, which really helps with the color saturation, contrast, and sharpness.
