I might be bad with the map, but wouldn't that be Tevinter? Yeah, don't see that happening, due to reasons I mentioned above. Slavery is an inherent part of Tevinter culture, and that would be an ever-loving nightmare to include in the game because of...reasons...
I'd personally love to see the Inquisition and how it will handle the new powerbase in Thedas.

Yeah I mean maybe we´re not going to Tevinter, maybe they´ll do the Anderfels first but we´re moving north, which I am really excited about
Although I do agree on them saving Tevinter for a later game, I´d love to see Antiva though, since it´s based on Venice
Oh yes I'd love to go to Antiva too!! I don't know much about the Anderfels idk if it was heavily discussed in any of the books but I've only read the Stolen Throne so far so I don't really have an opinion on it one way or the other.

*snip*
There's a ton of places they can go besides Tevinter. The Anderfels, Nevarra, Antiva....
I just don't see how they would tie that into our current story, since so far all we've ever had to do with Antiva, etc is have a few NPC's with those accents.
The only one I could think of might be with the Wardens and Weisshaupt. But only time will tell!
I´d love to see Antiva though, since it´s based on Venice
Really? I thought Antiva was based on Spain?

See the thing is every DA game makes whatever you're doing seem really important but then in the next game you realize it's not quite as important as you thought. For example, yea taking down the Blight was really important but then we find out that it was really only affecting southern Thedas. And not only that but now that the blight is over the wardens aren't all that important. And even in inquisition they're put under a negative light which completely destroys this heroic ideal that at least I had about the wardens. And with DAII Hawke is important but only really in Kirkwall. Outside of Kirkwall not too many people know about him/her. So I think although the Inquisition is proving to be important, we'll find out in other games that there's still sooooo much that goes beyond its control.
Edit: I think staying with the Inquisition also really limits how and what we learn about the Dragon Age universe. I want to move on and see the world from a different perspective.

-Slays the Archdemon.
-Becomes Warden-Commander.
-Saves Amaranthine.

Just a question out of the blue: what's your favourite Cullen moment in the whole game?
Personally I'm torn between

Best romance moment for me was...
I love angst!!!! That line alone makes wonder if I could ever romance him as not-a-mage!!!

I'm not saying what the warden did isn't important. It is! I'm just saying it's not the most important thing in all of thedas. And just as it was unwise to stick with the warden for another game because of the limitations it would create, the same goes for remaining with the inquisitor.

Whew...finally made through the posts! this thread is a beast!
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to play in Tevinter. I see it as old and beautiful, like Rome. Imagine a protagonist that work his way up from slavery, or something like that, shaking the very foundations of Tevinter society. OMG, it could be sooooo amazing! And then lotsa interaction with Quanri, maybe a visit to Seheron for some epic battles. Fog warriors...please let me see em in the next game!!!

I was under the impression that the Inquisition didn't really *have* a presence in Northern Thedas, which is why we're travelling there for the next game. They already have their hands full with the South as it is.
The inquisiton has some kind of influence in all of those countries in the north with the exception of the anderfels possibly. I can't remember the exact details but there's a war table mission in the game where you either have to choose between an alliance with tevinter or Nevarra or stop a war between them.

For the next full game though, I think we are headed to Tevinter or one of the close by Northern countries. I could see Rivain being on the list as well.
The next main plot smacks to me of Qunari.

Oddly enough I think my favorite moment was the return to skyhold after the last battle. I mean there were a lot of special and awesome moments, but there's just something simple and honest in that moment which really sticks out to me.

I feel like Orlais or Antiva made sense to go to next after DAII because we learned a lot about those places through the two games. Now I'm feeling Antiva or Tevinter Imperium. Dorian and Fenris have both given us an insight to Tevinter that we never would have had otherwise. And Zevran, Josie, and even Isabela a little bit have discussed Antiva. I think Bioware likes to peak our curiosity about the next places we'll go through companions and quests and rn tevinter and antiva have been the most talked about. Nevarra started to be discussed more in DAI so I think that one might be 2-3 games away.

I would only see them going to the Anderfels in a DAI expansion, perhaps, but not a full game.

I think that's probable too. Though with Solas on the lose,

This.
I enjoyed romancing him as a mage, however I felt like the game was trying to bait me into taking all the available mage convo options...which to me sounded like a girl constantly asking her significant other for confirmation. "Do you still think I'm pretty???" ![]()

I feel like they could wrap up the Inquisitor's story with DLC or maybe even an expansion like Awakening. And if they needed to they could write off the Inquisitor pretty easily with something to do with the mark still being on their hand.

You don't have to take it - you can still talk about it. My sword n' board warrior talked to him about it and in my head they decided together that the champion spec was for the best.
However, I HAVE been toying with the idea of rolling another warrior that does go Templar...and instead of telling him to stay off the lyrium, she tells him they'll find another way together when the time is right. That one will be hard.
