Corso was kind of cute, but they over-did the farm boy routine for my taste, and he didn't fit my smuggler's personality. I'd have preferred to romance Akavi myself.

I agree on Corso, but his romance was still nice. It was even more fun rolling it as a "playah," and hooking up with Darmas. Corso gets all bent out of shape...it's adorable. She'd flirt with anybody she could - even got to the point on Balmorra where he was like "I'm putting my foot down..." and she was like "Awww, you know I be a playah babe...but I was just joking!"

I haven't played since Inquisition came out, but I will go back I'm sure. I don't do any group stuff. I really just treat it like a single-player RPG. I will play thru all the main campaigns and then be done.

I actually liked Malavai. I don't like what happens in that plot line though. Chalk up another one for the male LIs do the sucker punch.  -_- I'm so torn with that romance. I like it a lot but at the same time I feel like I shouldn't like it at all.

Edit - shenanigans. got a top. brb while i look for a cullen pic.

I ran two SW's. The darkside one

Spoiler

Another non-romance that was disappointing was Doctor Lokin. So, he had a little, um, medical problem, life would always have been exciting!

I know it's terrible of me, but my gunslinger flirted with pretty much everyone (except for the Voss after he confessed to being married... yeah, not going there) even while romancing Corso.  The smuggler class really was a walking pick-up line, and could potentially hook up with someone on each planet O.o

If you want a "playah," go Imperial agent. I think I had flings with around 6 different NPCs, not counting Vector. Who, after we were married, cheerfully watched me marry and spend the wedding night with the guy on Voss "for diplomatic reasons".

You guys didn't see my edit! I added this in regards to my Smuggler:

She'd flirt with anybody she could - even got to the point on Balmorra where he was like "I'm putting my foot down..." and she was like "Awww, you know I be a playah babe...but I was just joking!"

Posting for the evening crowd:

Part 3 - the last and final part - of "Judgment" is finally up and posted! Sorry it took me so long, guys. Holidays have kept me super busy. This story is Cullen/Lavellan, and the final chapter is mild NSFW, so please be warned.

Would be really happy to know what you guys think!

I have an IA, just haven't gotten far with her. I've been saving that for last as I know it will be awesome. I love the whole 007 concept...

Towards the end of the smuggler questline, Corso had some MASSIVE disapprovals (like -90 to -180 iirc) each time she flirted with someone else... it almost discouraged me, but then I just bought him shiny stuff and it was OK.

I think it all depends on what Circle the mage is from. Some were not as strict as others. The Ferelden Circle never seemed bad to me--well, before Uldred went all cray cray that is. But I could see mages maybe having special permission to marry though I think they would have to be well past their harrowing, at least in their middle years.

I dunno, the Fereldan Circle may have been one of the stricter ones. Wynne was there when she had Rhys taken from her, wasn't she?

My Scoundrel wasn't in a relationship with him and still got craptons of disapproval and some weird dialogue. I got the one where he said he was putting his foot down and I was like  ? Wat? Who are you to tell me not to flirt with?

I sent him away and did the deed anyway. Wished things could have been different with Darmas. It's also funny when you are on Voss and Fenris that one guy reads you poetry. I don't approve of adultery but I broke my moral code just that once because it was Fenris, and /wispy voice - another life time ago ...

I kind of always thought that had to with the father being who he was.

A slightly NSFW comic with Cullen experiencing what seems to be a f!mage Warden nightmare.

I know it's supposed to be dark, and that I should feel for the poor guy, but all I can think is LOOK AT DAT BOD

Yeah, it's kind of weird that Corso gets jealous even if your smuggler isn't in a relationship with him.  And I agree about Darmas- I was pretty disappointed by that development.  I would have gone for the smooth older guy :(

Well, she said they always took the children. But did they ever say definitely who the father was? I know Greagoir was always assumed to be a likely candidate, but when she uses the amulet of memories, you get both Greagoir and an unnamed Templar, so I assumed it was a different Templar?

I discovered DA after I last played through a smuggler, I had no idea he was the same VA, but omg, yes, it was really tempting to leave Corso on the ship for that one.

So, I was thinking about Cullen, and his romance scene.

There's a candle on his desk when he knocks all the crap off of it.  Couldn't they have set the place on fire (and not in the sexy way)?

It is too long ago for me to remember so I will just go with what you say.  ^_^

Maybe marriage is okay just not reproduction. It isn't like they would want mages to reproduce and risk the chance of more mages being born which is why a mage/mage relationship is a taboo in the circles, right?

It is kind of hard to keep track of it all. We got so many different experinces and point of views throwing at us with the books/comics and games, it makes it hard to have a definitive answer on it all.

Oh i brought him along just for the reactions lol. in all fairness though i would exit out of the conversations and swap companions to see the reactions. my favorite squad mates were Guss and Risha.

*SNIP*

When he lays her down that candle is right behind her head and all I can think about is her hair catching on fire. I didn't even appreciate the scene when I first got it because I was fretting about my Inquisitors hair. It is short enough as it is, she doesn't need to loose more!

I think we can all agree that had that been Alistair in this situation rather than Cullen that's exactly what would have happened lol x)

IKR!?  Also, all it takes is a little bit of movement (which, come on... there will be) and that candle could easily be knocked over setting those papers or the actual desk on fire :o

Oh dear... if they survive that, they'll never hear the end of double entendres.

Edit:  Sorry, I sometimes wonder about random things, anyway, have some more Cullen from my screenshot spam library:
