If you wanted to try Fenris, you should do another playthrough! I think I've done about 10 playthroughs with that game!

I loved the Kaidan romance. I chalk ME2 up to the devs being idiots. Thankfully, they made all the companion relationships so annoying and distasteful in ME2 that I was never tempted to cheat. It was too much work. Besides the scene in Shep's cabin where everyone is getting ready to go to that final mission and she only has Kaidan's picture to look at is so heartbreaking.

It could be that the presence or sentience within the Fortress accepts your presence via the Anchor, or more importantly....it senses Solas.

 

I'm going with Skyhold having a crush on the Inquisitor, if only because I'm tired of everything being about Solas in every theory out there. I want at least some special snowflakey-ness for my IQ too. Hell, I'll even take Leliana's blessed immortality holding Skyhold together, or the fierceness of Dorian's mustache and Vivienne's outfits combined holding the magical wards together on their own, or even the strength of Cassandra punching sneezes into Skyhold's walls making them stand stronger... or even Cantina's A+++ theory of termites holding hands. Anything to make this game less about Solas and more about... everything else that was also involved in this story.

Aw, they look so happy! I'm glad that they animated their faces, even though we don't see it from the normal camera view in that scene. Bless, it's nice to see Cullen looking so content and relaxed.

Oh the balcony scene! The hours and hours of being like "DAMNIT!" and having to go skip-skip-skip-skip for 5min to get back to try again...

 

Have you figured out how to de-blur the the blur that cuts in rather quickly? You have such a narrow window of opportunity.

I'll admit there are certain characters in DAI that I dislike but I get the feeling it's because I've only done 2 playthroughs. With DA2, I initially disliked quite a few of the characters, Aveline and Isabela in particular but after a few playthroughs and after talking to them more and using them more in my party I ended up loving them. I imagine something similar is going to happen with me with regards to Sera, Vivienne and Blackwall in particular. It already sort of is with Vivienne and Sera.

I don't think there is a way.  I had to rush the camera to just the right spot, quickly switch to the camera tools window to slow down the rotation speed, then zoom in while staying far back to avoid the blur by changing the field of view, then hope I got lucky.

Good grief...and that's all in about a 10sec window...it was bad enough getting a decent screenie BEFORE the blur. 

 

Ok now I'm determined. I am going to spend some of my day playing with Flycam's FoV a little more...

Wow, those balcony shots are beautiful!  Almost makes me want to get into the whole flycam business.

 

Speaking more generally, I just can't get over how fabulous the facial animations are in this game.  I was going over my screenshots (admittedly mostly of Cullen) and it's just astonishing how much variation and subtlety they're able to wring out of his model.  I don't recall any of the other characters being quite that varied, expression-wise (aside from possibly the IQ)... but then again I didn't watch any of them as closely as I watched him.

I watched the entire series for the first time not too long ago. I would watch one episode a day during my lunch on Netflix. Each time an episode with Zapp showed up I would be happy. Not sure why I liked his character so much...maybe because he was a spoof on Captain Kirk?
