Man, only a guy like him could make such a horribly awkward, crooked laugh, seem SO HOT.
I'll also give him credit for having the only laughing animation in that scene that doesn't look awkward as hell ![]()

I just did this one, and the game guide confirms that he will start a war with Ferelden. Personally, I don't think he's a good choice, but I was much more sympathetic to him this time. I'm torn between killing him and getting Celen and Briala back together
Gaspard does have the same quest as Celene to make a peace treaty with Ferelden. It's up to you to trust whether he would actually uphold this peace, though. I personally don't trust him for one second to not use the treaty to wipe the blood of Alistair's/Anora's beheaded corpse off his sword.
I like the Celene and Briala alliance option the best of all the outcomes. I'd give it a shot at least to see their speech to the nobles together. You might like what they both have to say in that ending.
I also go with Briala and Celene working together...all three..well I will not spoil what it says about that scenario, lol!
And WOW so many pages devoted to theories about Solas, Elves, the Gods, etc...my brain may just explode in the most glorious after absorbing all of this! WE NEED ANSWERS...and DLC...HUGE DLC...with longer hair, a storage chest, and Xenon with his Mirror of Transformation would be nice...what I'm not asking for a lot!

Oh God seeing Iron Bull laugh was like a poor fool controlling a badly constructed puppet!

Yeah, I am not holding my breath for stability but I am doing it for science. Can't wait too find out. I stilll try to figure out what my little Dalish would choose.

That's the one I'm gonna go for with my canon playthrough. First time I had Gaspard with Briala calling the shots behind the scenes which sounded dangerous, second time I had the three of them call a truce and they went back to trying to backstab each other after closing the breach. I don't want Celene ruling alone because she might not help the Elves, and I'm not keen on getting her back with Briala after how badly she screwed her over, but it sounds like the best outcome having them rule together.
Fair warning, R2. The game guide does contain some false information.I just did this one, and the game guide confirms...

LOL, Bull's laugh always sounds so awkward like he's trying to be cool... it's kinda endearing though! ![]()
What? I've never heard that one, what's said? When? How? Do you have a clip/screenshot???
It's nothing special (non-mage Trevs have no unique dialogue not even the nobility one that should rightfully be theirs alone siiiiiiigh), you can use the same dialogue options with a mage Inquisitor, and even non-Trevelyans. It's the undertone that the whole thing takes because she is a noble defending the nobility beeswax, specially if you just aced the ball with all the Gamey-y options and Noble perk dialogue options, that make this conversation so amusing to me. But, again, this is a dynamic I particularly love, so every conversation between them about nobles and nobility shennanigans cracks me up.
The first time, I managed to get them all working uncomfortably together.
This time through, I ousted Gaspard although I did spare him. I didn't get Celene and Briala back together even though I did have the locket, but at the end, I did say that I could never have uncovered Gaspard's duplicity without Briala's help. I don't know what that means or if it will mean anything but I did have the option to not mention anything about Briala at all.
His best suggestions are in these nobility-related missions where it's so painfully clear that he just doesn't give a damn. Josie and Leliana are all super invested in playing games and one-upping this noble and destroying that noble, and Cullen is like, wow I don't care, send her home in a barrel or something. You can almost hear his long-suffering sigh in the background.
Does that make him less Zapp Brannigan and more Kif? ![]()

Yeah I read ME so I was quite opposed to reuniting them...but then I found the locket and it is apparent that still care for one another, and I think things may work out. We'll see. So Lola what are you going to do until a DLC comes out? Make killer speculation videos with that awkward as hell mood music playing in the background. lol?

What are the options for it and when does it happen? During the dance scene after making the decision or back at the Skyhold? Because I don't recall anything like that.

I love that scene so much! My only problem for my current PT is that Dorian's quest glitched out...as in I never got it...so he won't be showing up to the Wicked Grace game. The animations are still leaps and bounds ahead of DA2 imo....but there are still those awkward moments...

Celene and Briala don't necessarily get back together on romantic terms, if that bothers you. There's nothing in the scene implying they're getting back together as lovers, only that they're still fond of each other (in that vague way you'll sometimes still be fond of an ex even if they were a grade A ass to you), and willing to work together for everyone's sake.
I don't trust Celene alone in the throne either because she rarely makes mistakes but when she does her mistakes are disastrous (and I didn't like the tone of uncertainty and vulnerability I got in the ending slide with her solo on the throne), but I trust Gaspard even less in the puppet ending - he'd betray Briala in two seconds and easily make it look like a legitimate accident to get away with the Inquisitor. So Celene + Briala is the optimal choice for me - Celene keeps Orlais politically stable and continues her cultural expansion, Briala gets to help the elves from a place of actual power, and I actually trust both of them to have no interest in expansionism, or betraying the Inquisition.

LOL, I've gotta get that review of the game out first. After I wanna do a Solas speculation video, I'll probably do one about Flemeth too if I can't combine both into one vid. After that I dunno, maybe DLC speculation vid and probably cover each of the companions and stuff.
That aside, I need to start bringing more variety to my channel otherwise it'll never grow any bigger lol.

Awww! LOL! I love how it's got a bit of a boyish nasily "neener-neener-neener!" quality at the start that becomes a dry cackle.
I've yet to see this in game so it caught me off guard and I wound up giggling really hard and replaying it for a couple of minutes. ![]()
I doubt so much it's BioWare logic as it is Thedas. You do what you must in order to survive when you are in Briala's position and when survival means that you can take steps to not be unhappy at the same time, it's a bonus ... even if it does mean you are sleeping with the enemy.

Oh, it's back at Skyhold! The first time you speak to him after the ball, he'll comment on his distate for the game. The flirt option is by far the best one, because it mentions the dancing and he gives one of the cutest flirt lines ("I'm grateful for your poor taste in dance partners"), but if you pick the others, specially the sarcastic one, the conversation goes on about the game and the ball and how ridiculous it all was, and you have the option to say you enjoyed the whole affair.

Regardless those videos are going to be rather entertaining with all the theories running about. Hopefully you can sift through the bull and find some logical/feasible theory.
PSH let the haters drown on their own hate! But yeah I get it...let's just hope your channel won't bring in any a lot of weird ones, lol.

True...very true. Bioware has never been one to handle relationships all that well when it comes to the one that Briala and Celene had. I mean look what we got with Dorian and Bull...some people like it...others find it wrong due to Bull's speech and Dorian's rejection.
