Does it happen every time? Bc I was never able to do anything with Dorian in my first PT because of the glitch... and I was really hoping the same thing wouldn't happen this time.
I'm not sure. Remember I used to play DA:I on the PS3 and I was able to do his questline each time without problem...then I went to PS4 and it bugged out. So we will see because I am almost to Skyhold on one of my other PTs.
Gaspard does have the same quest as Celene to make a peace treaty with Ferelden. It's up to you to trust whether he would actually uphold this peace, though. I personally don't trust him for one second to not use the treaty to wipe the blood of Alistair's/Anora's beheaded corpse off his sword.
I like the Celene and Briala alliance option the best of all the outcomes. I'd give it a shot at least to see their speech to the nobles together. You might like what they both have to say in that ending.
I'm inclined to Celene/Briala as well. I think it's the only real chance of some change for elves, and even if Ferelden can hold off an invasion by Gaspard (if he doesn't hold to a treaty, and considering various things he's been connected to, I don't trust him two inches), that's not something they need on top of everything else they've dealt with recently.

Sounds like you're a little ahead of me then. Please keep me posted!

I did his personal quest on my first 2 PTs (thank the Maker I was able to do it on my second 'cause I wanted to romance him
), but now it hasn't appeared.

I had Celene rule alone because I don't think there was an option to have her rule with Briala.. is this only an option if you find the locket? and if so where is it?
The same sorta thing happens if you don't romance Fenris in DA2. With Hawke he's all like "it hurts when people touch me, but maybe not with you..." But if you don't romance him he and Isabella get all freaky-deaky, and it seems very OOC on his part (at least to me).
Fenris' "relationship" with Isabela is actually completely in character for him - it's not a relationship at all. it's a fling. His issue with being intimate with Hawke was that he loved Hawke, and that made him afraid on both a physical and emotional level, of both himself and of his own feelings. He's been through a lot of abuse and needs time to deal with the mixed feelings that being in love with Hawke stirr in him.
Isabela is just sex, and Fenris has no issues with having sex in and of itself. It's his feelings he's terrified of, it's his low self-esteem and sense of worthlessness that makes him believe he doesn't deserve to be loved. Hawke changes all that, and with her/him he needs some time and space to sort himself out so he can be with Hawke without destroying both of them. With Isabela, he's just getting laid. There's no love there. It's in, out, see you next week, no inner turmoil or emotional breakdows necessary.

Well, if the essence of Mythal is being sent to Morrigan then either Morrigan is a slave to no one since her motivations would then be driven by Mythal anyway, or the Inquisitor would have to do whatever Morrigan wants him/her to do, I guess.
Sounds like you're a little ahead of me then. Please keep me posted!
Will do!

Well I have a list I am going through since I switch platforms...I am romancing Solas right now, then Cullen, Cass, and then Dorian so hopefully all works out.

You have to find the locket and say that Briala helped you uncover Gaspard's treachery.
don't know how far behind I am but....

Aww! lol! Allegra has him pegged! It's moments like this that make me wonder if the VAs are reacting honestly and being recorded. Like it was Greg's first time reading the line and laughing about it? Or it's just the Greg's that good.
Regardless, it's awesome!
edit: And Urkel! hahahaha! I think if they'd snuck a Family Matters reference in, I'd have died!
I think Greg is just that good, haha! From what I hear he hasn't really played the games much, so I don't think he'd have gotten Varric's reference to events in DA2. It's the mark of a good actor that we can't tell ![]()
So yeah, I really do wonder where Greg pulled his inspiration for that sort of laugh from. LOL x)

I had my inquisitor drink out of selfishness but I think in my ultimate world state I'm going to make it Morrigan for story purposes anyway.

To make things all the more intense I always have my Lavellen who is romancing Solas drink from the Well and those who are not romancing Solas...do not partake in the Well's many splendors.

...Bull pursued Dorian while he was with you? Wow when I did my Dorian PT I never had that happen with Bull trying to go after him or Dorian...well he isn't even really interested in Bull.
Noooo (thank GOD!) I mean the way he is with Dorian is different from the way he was with me. It was very sweet and passionate. But from what I've read about Bull x Dorian it's almost demeaning, and Dorian doesn't even seem 100% on board.
Kind of like Isabela x Fenris; with Hawke Fenris is reticent and afraid to get too close, but a couple flirts with Isabela is all it takes for him to bang her like they're a pair of bunnies.
It irritates me and makes "our" romance feel less special.

ugh maybe I'll do that then since I'm doing my Solasmance PT currently and give it to Morrigan with my dwarf & qunari. All I can say is thank goodness for the DA Keep, letting me pick and choose what choices I really want xD

I guess I was being dense that week because I actually thought he meant that physically being touched hurt. ![]()
