I finally managed to blackmail them all into cooperation. I wonder how this one will go

I'm tempted to try the three together for a change (I've reloaded several times now)... but I'm pissed that Solas seems to think that I actually screwed Briala over. So I can't decide what to do, because that wasn't what I thought had happened. Of course, it gives me an extra conversation with him... but I'm annoyed that it seems bugged. :/

As a stubborn defender of my choice to not have the demon baby in my game, I'm really glad BW went the way of making Kieran irrelevant and sweeping Urthemiel's soul under the carpet of discarded subplots to even out all playthroughs across the board, rather the "make the OGB happen anyway" alternative that some players have been clamoring for for years. The branching world was unsustainable as it existed, but forcing the kid on those of us who made the deliberate choice not to have him would have been far more insulting than giving ritual players their vindication that the demon baby was never a real threat anyway.

 

That's what I love about Bioware games, your choices matter!

Talking about the ending, I'm wondering how the anchor will impact the Inquisitor's future.

We know from Corypheus that the anchor can't be removed, and I believe that the anchor bonds the Inquisitor to Solas.  In the Fade sequence with Solas, it's the Inquisitor who seeks him out- I assume the anchor drew him/her to him in the Fade.

 

 

 

 

 

I've read theories on the Solas thread, but I'd love to hear an "outside" perspective on this (in a safe place on the BSN where people aren't so argumentative).  I wonder if Solas becomes a major player in any future DLC or DA4, how the Inquisitor would fit in.  Whether they're friends, lovers, or enemies--Solas and the Inquisitor share a bond through the anchor that can't be removed.

In my head canon, my female quizzie is a mage and the youngest of five children. She have four elder brothers, her parents favours the heir which is the eldest, but he's an ass. The one I intended for Dorian is the second son, he's much more charming and find his home town a bit boring, so he travel around and take mercenary work from time to time. He's also the only sibling that keep regular contact with quizzie, she later call him in to do some work for inquisition.

I personally think if they were lovers then the IQ will be with him or find him. At least that is what I am hoping for. Regardless of the relationship between them I do think the IQ will shape what Solas does in the future and who he realizes is his true identity.

Sera and Bull have the dirtiest mind ever. If you bring both of them, I can only imagine the other party member and you quizzie would awkwardly talk about weather just to pretend they didn't hear what's happening back there.

Peach is a good one. I also love where bull and Blackwall talking about favourite weapon material. Bull said: Dawnstone. Blackwall: it's not solid enough? Bull: but it's pretty. Blackwall: it's pink... Bull: it's PREEEETTTTY!

Now I wanna make a full set of weapon and armor with Downstone for bull...PINK POWER!

I do like the idea that since it was bestowed by an Orb that was implied to have belonged to Fen'Harel, it could have somehow accidentally tied the Inquisitor to Solas in some manner? Perhaps that's also the way after the battle of Haven, how the Inquisitor managed to somehow find the Inquisition camp despite being stranded up a mountain smack dab in the middle of a blizzard? Perhaps the real reason for this luck was because they were subconsciously sensing Solas and drawn to his location?

 

And on a completely random note, did you base your Inquisitor on Natalie Dormer?

Lol, yes!  I actually used sliders I found on reddit that were an attempt to recreate Natalie Dormer and I tweaked them a bit XD (credit where it's due)

I actually have a headcanon of this, as well, since one of my quizzy mage Trayvlen younger brothers is gay and are family loves him for it. Plus he is one of two brothers so not in danger of being whiped out....So hearing about this guy who father that used blood magic to try and change him would be horrid too her and her family and they invite him over too stay for a time before he goes back to Trevinter. She and her family are in contact regularly and verily close, since I never got truly disowned by my family since I got speical treatment from the Templar Knights due to family being banns.

With Sloas in my party I got attacked by wolves a lot more than I did with out him in my party and am I like that not hinting anything right bioware
