I wonder if Thedas has any sort of zodiac/constellation stuff? Beyond "the moon and stars are aligned just right for a blood sacrifice every 1000 years!" carp.

 

I know The Elder Scrolls does have some lore to do with the stars.

Yes,and according the the constellation your character was born under,they have some special skill(at least until skyrim).

I'd say it's pretty much the equivalent of our own astrological system,apart from the fact that each constellation symbolises a deity for instance the lover=Dibella...It'll be interesting to see something similar in Thedas.

So, completely random comment incoming but when I woke up this morning my first thought was 'I wonder if Quizzy can use his glowy green hand as a lamp? Awe-inspiring, eldrich power- also useful in dark caverns. I'd call that a win.

Sister Goldring's post reminded me of the survey concept art pictures where the inquisitor was staring at their hand, which was glowing green. And here we thought they were mages.

He's gotta be the gay option. He's too good-looking. In all of my experiences, it's always been the smoking hot guy that ends up batting for the other team.

Yeah, I wouldn't doubt it. There have been a couple pictures of him where he was downright ugly to me, but, recently I'm starting to come around. I actually like his haircut, even if it is a little Justin Bieberish.

Hmmm, well I do find it strange that every other NPC has been automatically confirmed, especially Leliana, yet, they refuse to state anything about Cullen. IDK how I should feel about this...

 

I wonder why they won't confirm it, when most people have come to this conclusion after the trailer anyway. I'm still confused that they'd show all companions just like that, but he is important enough to be in the scene at the end of the trailer, which is great too.

 

Oh well, I'm still really excited about the game! The trailer was awesome and actually made me want Varric as an LI (which was surprising for me, because I haven't thought this way before). Almost every character has short hair, that makes me wonder if we'll have some options for long hair in the character creator. I really hope so!

Think of the raves you could have with that hand, though! Plus, you'd never need to worry about stubbing your toe in the dark whilst heading to the crapper!

I know this is irrelevant but....I would love to have clothes, objects, and hair to be animated.....rustle in the wind and as you move and such. It's a hard feat to accomplish, but it would make the game that much more lively for me. 

 

Clothing and armour already does! I don't think the hair does yet, though.

Well I'm pretty sure that they'll animate the boobs!  Sometimes it seems like all other things can be lifeless as a mannequin in games but damn it those boobs will wobble.  It's probably because of *realism*
