Well, it definitely looked like Leliana in the screenshot of the gameplay demo that Ericander took. So, I guess we'll have at least one quest with each of them, even if it's just the one where we first meet them (like Cullen's encounter quest in DA2 where we help him fight demon!Wilmod).

Hmmmm, his facial hair seems kind of dark. It almost looks like he had dyed his hair. Do they even have hair dye??

I'd say that it's either the shadows in that particular screenshot or he uses chamomile to lighten them up.
