For anyone who got the Deluxe version of Inquisition for the PS4, do you know where to find the digital soundtrack? I was looking forward to that almost as much as the actual game when I preordered so long ago, but I've yet to find where it is.....

Yes, the voice was different, but the person who made it really tried. I think the writer did do a good job keeping Bishop's personality, but the voice just wasn't the same. I can look past the changing voice because...Bishop... 

 

Gann did absolutely nothing for me. I played the game through with the Bishop mod and it was all over. 

 

You know, I really can't remember what I liked so much about Gann. Maybe it was just that he wasn't Casavir. Because really. I had a CE playthrough where Casavir hated me so much at the end that he said, "I can't wait for this battle to be over so I can get away from you." It made me lol.

Multi-quoting because I'm so glad I'm not the only person who feels this way about Bishop! I still headcanon that there was more going on than whatever innuendos Bishop threw your way, and I think he threw them your way because of the other stuff going on.

 

Wasn't the voice different in the Bishop romance mod? I think I remember trying it and it just didn't quite feel the same because the voice was really what got me about his character. It was similar enough, but even in MoTB they used a different VA for some reason, and it just wasn't Bishop. Besides, I think Gann was actually my favorite LI in NWN2.

 

The voice was different for sure, I guess I was just so happy with that mod that even if he sounded like Fran Drescher I wouldnt mind 

A lot of his in game content got cut, so in fact there was a lot more going on. But I get what you mean.

 

I could never take Gann seriously, not sure why, and I always used the Bishop mod so I guess he never stood a chance , poor smurf.

Same problem for my Xbox One. I am starting to think they didn't include the code for it.

It should be on your origin download list. Just go to game details then under bonuses you should be able to download the soundtrack.

lol, SHTAP. My Warden was mental. I love her to bits, but the woman was mental by the end. Howe and Connor and Uldred and Zathrian and Branka did a number on the poor girl. I hate talking about my Warden's choices because people get all judgy and morally superior and I feel like I keep having to justify things I shouldn't have to. (it's roleplaying, damnit! ) But I also love talking about her because I feel so sorry for her and for Alistair and the trainwreck their relationship became, and I need to exorcise it from my system.

 

Ugh, don't tempt me to start writing DAO fanfic in 2015, woman. I already have this long-ass Quizzie/Cullen stuff to work on that's taking all of my tears as it is.

You download it right from Origin. Then in the game's folder on your PC there should be an "extras" folder.

 

However, for anybody that hasn't heard it, you can listen to the full soundtrack for free on Spotify, as well as the soundtracks for the past DA games (and the entire Mass Effect series).

My bad, I had thought Bioware had a hand in the game. 

 

Either way, there is some excellent fanfic out there featuring Bishop!

 

Well about the only thing Bioware did was give Obsidian access to the NWN1 resources. Bioware's inlovemnt didn't go much past that I don't think.

 

Heh the amount of finfic for Bishop and Casavir is what partly lead me to write my Neeshka series of fics Had to try and blanace out all the female KC's running around you know

He did for my playthroughs where my Shepard moved on with Thane and Garrus.  I never used the lying line, either.

 

Weird. Perhaps I was the one with the bug, then? Disregard my statement, if that's the case.

 

Well, another reason for me to prefer sticking with Kaidan through all three games, then. My Shep never saw Garrus or Thane as anything more than good friends anyway, so the overarching romance worked out for the best for her.

You should never have to justify your RP decisions! I'm just super curious, but I understand. (I totally ship my canon Warden with Loghain. )

Unfortunately you need to install origins on your laptop/pc... There you should have your freebies.

I just can't get over how much stuff there is and it's free. Part of the reason I paid extra for the "deluxe" edition was for the soundtrack...then I discovered it's on Spotify anyways...along with the soundtracks for all the other games. 

 

I also can't get over the fact that you can listen to new albums the day they come out. And it's free. It just boggles my gourd. Of course, I think I've spent more money on purchasing music since I started listening, but I assume that's the whole point.
