Just finished my human mage and human rogue PT. Started a Dalish for Solas and a Qunari warrior for Cass.
But I can already see where this is going...
Cullen: You almost died! I will not allow that happened again ever!
Dorian: You are a good friend, I will stand with you against anything!
Quizzie: COME HERE AND LET ME LOVE YOU GODDAMNIT!
Every . Single . Time
Cullen and Dorian always hijack my romance plot...I don't know why I even bother anymore...
I prepared a Qunari mage (just finished with a human mage), just for Iron Bull. I go through the prologue, and I meet Cullen. I promptly quit the game, restarted with human rogue... I think Cullen is going to be in DA:I what Ali was in DA:O - no matter how hard I try not to, I'll end up romancing him ![]()

Wait...really? She loves killing Halla? Or just cute animals...Just bring Sera, lol! She likes killing them...no joke you get approval after you kill a certain amount with her and an updated form of her codex.
Damn it Sera...guess I can't bring Cole with her...he will be traumatised...
I can already sees she's running around shooting random animals with that crazy laughter, and Cole just follows her and goes "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Yeah that bugged me as well, I suppose maybe Morrigan might have studied up on Ancient Elven a little more than the Dalish, but it did seem weird that we weren't able to call her on it earlier... and it's also weird how we don't call attention on both what Nightmare says to Solas in the Fade, nor his lie about what he tells Abelas as he's leaving?
Spoiler
^^This pretty much. I mean the bolded part...hmm I really need to sleep ![]()
I wonder if we ever find out the secrets of Merril's eluvian. I really hoped it'd be featured in Inquisition, I guess it still can in dlc.

Being lazy about not making Thedas equal in gender?
I suppose you could say the same thing about mages, slaves, etc.
While I would love for a world to be equal in all aspects*I wish ours was*, I enjoy the feeling of proving people wrong. When a little Dalish elf shows up the world by not being what they expected...well I like the feeling that brings to me.
We don't have mages in the real world lol And elves being an oppressed race makes for a nice allegory.
I mean I consider it lazy writing when fantasy writers do one or more of the following:
1. Create a world with two genders, male and female, with the females being the more oppressed gender.
2. Create a world where heterosexuality is the accepted societal norm and homosexuality is considered odd or wrong.
3. Create a world where light-skinned people are good and dark-skinned people are bad or savage or enslaved.
That's what I mean

Can't figure out why my archer has the mark of a vengeance sun god, but w/e.
My stalwart hunter bears the mark of the fierce goddess of ... the hearthAwesome, now I can start thinking why my blunt elfin girl is displaying Keeper of Secrets

Btw...those requisition quest...are them repeatable or it's just a glitch? I find it rather frustrating that they kept asking for my hard earned material and the blasted quest icon just wouldn't go away...
They are repeatable, lol!

She loves killing Halla. Just Halla...it actually states in her book on that barrel that she finds them weird and just icky.
Now that could be interesting art piece...

3. Create a world where light-skinned people are good and dark-skinned people are bad or savage or enslaved.
That's what I meanThedas falls into both 1 and 2.
Lol we have...we have um...fortune tellers!
1. Would it not be lazy writing if the male gender became the more oppressed gender? I know the Minoans had a Matriarchal society that had men as second class citizens..so it would be interesting to see them flip, but could it not be just as lazy?
2. This is kind of like our world at present. It is accepted in some places while shunned in others. Orlais is one of the more liberal places when it comes to that, while Tevinter would be the opposite. So eh, lol!
Hopefully I am not coming off as confrontational! I am just interested in hearing your thoughts. ![]()

They come in handy when it comes to Silverite...so Emprise Du Lion's requisition quests are good!

It's even worse when you get to the point where you can't turn things in, like with the malachite that's uber rare to drop and you probably sold long before you realised you needed it, or the dwarven stuff from the Hissing Wastes, or the Ferelden Locks that stop dropping once you clear the Hinterlands...
A pox on you game, it's really hard for us with minor OCD when it comes to glitched or unfinishable quests! And fix that dang Mosiac tile in the Hinterlands, it's driving me insane already! And Dorian's quest, because my Lavellan missed pretty much all of his banter for over 100 hours as he had nothing to say... ever!

So true!! I don't really keep those valuables as they use up my space. And I am desperate to find those silly dwarven toys for the officer... I wish I can cancel the quest and restart them so I can collect some more abundant stuff. But it is good to be repeatable so that I can earn as much influence as I want.

That is indeed quite interesting, although I don't really want sera to be involved with the god business... It would seem that the inquisitor to be quite ignorant when there are a number of ancient gods working in the inquisition ![]()

I agree. I want Sera to be Sera...not Andruil or some reincarnation of her favored worshiper or something like that...if that is even possible. And the IQ is rather ignorant...at least if they are Dalish...I mean really...a Dalish IQ has to ask who Mythal is, lol!

The shards in Oasis are my enemy...they are just right there on the map but when you stand there you realised they are ON A FREAKING CLIFF WITH NO WAY UP!
I got all the shards in that area and hated every moment of it.
You know where that one cave is where you find that miner's wedding ring? You go straight down from there and I think you can jump down onto a lower cliff which has three shards on it or on nearby cliffs that you access through ladders or jumping. I would suggest casting barrier before jumping down though...

Andruil also hunted dragons, which Sera gets a buzz out of doing.
And she fears "The Nothing" which is weirdly similar to how Andruil went nuts in the Void.

More ridiculous if that's a mage Dalish as they are to become Keepers, part of their duty is to study elven history.

As I said before...Lavellan was the third one down the line in the Keeper's apprentices. The other two somehow died and the Keeper was stuck with Lavellan, lol! It would help explain her lack of knowledge.
