Kind of off topic, but anybody got a good name for the GW? I'm writing him in my fic, and I want to give him a name but can't think of any.

I would like more of a 'hero that goes back in time' type, myself. It would be cool to see someone who is from a post-apocalyptic future that is forced to go back in time to make things right.

Hmmm I was just looking over old game files and Cullen almost looks like Mical from KOTOR 2 with his new hair style. Strange as they have the same voice actor! xD

The outfit isn't far off, either!

Well... what if we weren't at the explosion? The more I think about it, the more I wonder if we were picked up from somewhere else, because of the multiple tears opening. Perhaps we'd even be able to visit home.

MAMA: And sickly looking.

INQUISITOR: [EYES NARROW] He is my choice.

MAMA: And you are his?

CULLEN: [FLUSHES RED] I would kill for her. I would die for her!

MAMA: Parshaara. Death is easy. I would have one who will live for her.

CULLEN: I--

INQUISITION: Mother.

MAMA: [FROWNS] Fine. Would you like a cookie?

CULLEN: ...Cookie?

Was gonna make him from the Anderfels but he was appointed by the First Warden to be Warden Commander of Orlais, a role he took to get himself firmly away from Weisshaupt Fortress.

I went for names that suggested "bear" given his solid appearance and courage:

 

Armel, Berend, Tarben

Here's the thing about being picked up somewhere else and spat out at the location of the blast... the devs have repeatedly described it as us being the only survivor of the blast. That sounds an awful lot like we were there, and not that we just showed up afterward. But for why an elf/qunari/dwarf would be at an Andrastean holy site...? I got nothin'.

I couldn't see it, either. But I also had a hard time seeing his stubble, and thought maybe I just missed the scar.
