Ken dolls, but it's really weird because the torso is very ripped until you get to the belly button... and then it's like they didn't bother to put any skin/muscle texture there or anything, so it's literally like plastic.

 

I get the impression that they actually do the upper part because there is a model of Cullen shirtless. Then the only thing we see from the lower half of his body is his legs when he got nightmare scene. His legs move quite a bit but I don't know whether lots of people put lots of attention there since well, everyone will just look at the quizzy & his upper half part... And how the quizzy sit in front of the camera is also well placed.
