Is Cullen to be found anywhere in the camp at the beginning of the Arbor Wilds? I found Celene, Josie and so forth,but never see him.

Lord, you guys talking about high school make me feel really really old,lol. Not only did I graduate eons ago but both of my daughters have been out of school for a few years now too. I feel like I should be asking for some discount while shopping instead of talking about Cullen...OK maybe not that old, but still.....

I think there are several of us in this age category on here, lol.

I have never come across him anywhere fighting either. I see Leliana fighting, but never him.

That's weird. I always find him with some soldiers around him, I believe he's near the final blockade.

Cullen is definitely one of my favorite characters and I am happy that his character progressed so much. I love him and wish he could be in my party D;

Leliana is I think at the last blockade before Cullen & is usually standing on top of one of the ruined walls. I have seen her move around a bit too depending on where I end up fighting

That's weird. I remember when I took those tests a few years ago and I think I was a 4 with...oh what did they call it? A wing of 5? So I'm mixture of 4 and 5...I think!  I also always got INFJ when I had to take those tests...so I guess a lot of us on here have similar personalities, lol.

Something I find very interesting (and yet understandable) is that, for a personality type that's supposed to be so "rare", I've seen a lot of INFJs online. A lot of INFPs, too. While I'm not afraid of real-life social interaction, I'm just comfortable online and like to relax at home doing my own thing instead of going out. Maybe there's something about the often expressive environment of the internet (and the immersive fantasy worlds of video games like Dragon Age) that appeals to something in us, haha.

That's what I was thinking about too. I saw how many of us were INFJs and how that personality type is considered "rare", so I was pretty amazed. I think you're right about how the internet and the fantasy worlds appeals us, I know they do to me!

I am a total completion type person too. I always have to do all quests, all convo's and so forth....sometimes I hate it and actually complain to myself, but I still end up doing it,lol.

Ok, what does INFJ stand for?

I'm cleaning up my screenshots folder.

Have a derpy Cullen:

And also, a Cullen kiss. I just noticed that he's holding the Inquisitor's face in his hands. For some reason I find that absolutely adorable.

Yeah I am on my fourth PT and the Hinterlands always make me gag because it takes so long to do everything...again...

Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging. At least I think that's what it means. If you just enter those letters into Google you should be able to take a test to see which you are.

And my templar hierarchy lorehound is twitching again... Did they finally clear up the difference between Knights-Divine and Knights-Vigilant?? Did they finally start using just one or the other ...? NO! :fume:fume:

<snip>

No, the two are still separate ranks, with the Knight-Divine ranking above the Knight-Vigilants. The way Cassandra speaks of the Knight-Divine, I got the impression that it's not one single person but maybe a small circle of the highest command, like the three Talons of the Antivan Crows.

The Knights-Vigilant seems to be the internal auditors that overview matters before they get escalated to the Knight-Divine / the Seekers, and possibly lead the Templars in the absence of Knight-Commanders, according to what the sister says there and a similar line in... TME, I think. Anyway, as far as the internal audit part goes, you can find the body of one Knight-Vigilant at Therinfall who was to investigate "Lucius" and remove him from command depending on what he found, according to a letter in his office.

Quite, I believe the Knights-Divine are the highest Templars of them all, serving at the behest of the Divine.

The Knights-Vigilant are ever "vigilant", watching for abuses and the like.

It's a shame there's so little established lore about the Templar hierarchy. I'd love to see this hierarchy more fleshed out, know how many Knights-Divine and Knights-Vigilant there are, where they're stationed, how many there are per nation or the like, the way we more or less understand the Warden hierarchy, vague as it is. It would go a long way to understanding how fractured the Templar leadership really was, how long it has been pulling at different directions, if there were as many different schools of thought with their own leaderships and philosophies among the Templars as there were colleges following different political agendas inside the CIrcles, etc. It's even less likely we'll ever get that side of the Order explored now that the game's going out of its way to sweep the Templars under the rug, but if there was even one writer interested in delving deeper into this inner socio-political hierarchical structure within the Templars and Seekers, I'd be all over that stuff.

Here's an update on my bugged game state.  I took Solas to the Winter Palace and she's able to ask both him and Cullen to dance O.o;;;.  Solas's romance flag didn't set after his balcony kiss (he still calls her "my friend"/"lethallan" and no one else, like Sera, acknowledged a romance), and my Inquisitor later pursued Cullen (who I know has a romance flag set).  I wonder if my game is going to do something really weird at the end of this quest, lol XD

Edit: Top of page Cullen, since I'm at the Winter Palace... Here he is with my Trevelyan:

I was under the impression that the knight-divine was the title used for the templar knights that traditionally serve as bodyguards for the divine. While the knight-vigilant was the actually leader of the order, though he still seems beneath the Lord-Seeker.

On the Knights-Divine, yes, that is what DG says, that they run the whole thing and are a committee of folk selected by the Divine. My problem is with BW also saying "the Knight-Vigilant commands the templars."

I'm curious about this dead Knight-Vigilant then. Is there a codex entry or something on it??

(edit: Incidentally, no , there are no Knights vigilant or divine in either Asunder or TME.)
