I think I've used 2, but I haven't tried creating a male IQ yet.

 

I've used 1 because it's the only one that seems to look semi-alrightish on my me!Inquisitor... not that she ever turns out looking anything like me, lol.

It shouldn't be only anonymous. It should have a box to check if you want your message to be anonymous. The default is for the message to not be anonymous.

My point (or rather, my question!) being that fanmail cannot be anonymous... only an ask can be.

LOL No worries. Thank you, tho!!  I'm just paranoid for some reason about the ask/fanmail thingie since I realize I don't really know how it works or who sees what...

It's just as well I'm not that interested in me!Inquisitor's for myself, I couldn't get remotely close with the CC. The eyebrows don't work, the hair (not length, color, or texture), the mouth, the face shape, or the complexion, even if I dug out a 30 year old photo. If I could really see the eyes clearly in the CC while working on them, I might be able to get the color. Maybe. The nose, I can get right, and that may be the only thing

Thanks, both of you. I get confused because everyone's blog is different and doesn't seem to always have button for both functions. Finally, I found a drop down menu on their username that gives me the options "ask a question" and "fanmail". Seems only "ask a question" can be anonymous...? 

 

Yeah I don't think fanmail can be anonymous; it's really the option you use to send a PM to a friend, so no reason why you'd want to be anonymous.

 

You can also send an ask by adding /ask to the end of the user's url. You can send fanmail by selecting the little envelope on your dashboard and typing in the person's username.

The only catch is that if any of your previous characters used the same skin texture (which all of mine did), they will now have double brows. To me, this is worth it, and I will re-create them and start fresh.

Pretty much, and all of them bizarre looking. How hard is it to do a convincing buzz cut that doesn't look as if someone's going bald? It isn't as if the hair has any animation in game, it's completely unmoving and plastic anyway.

No kidding! Though if I could create someone who looked remotely like the 21 year old me, I'd probably do it once. I like how I looked then.

Yeah and I'm all for having options for black hair, but three afros + plus making most of the other hairs crap does not exonerate you, BioWare lol

A couple of attractive, well done afros, certainly. I like a short afro style normally, and I'm having a hard time convincing myself to let anyone out of CC with these.

Yes, I used to give my PCs ponytails in WoW because it was fun to watch them wave back and forth as they ran, and that was an option at least 8 years ago. But I could live with the plastic unmoving hair if they'd just give us more than three or four that are remotely attractive.

I just want some of the gorgeous braided hairstyles the proto-quisitors had *sigh* I'd have been happy with that.

I actually kinda like the hair with the shaved sides and the braid. It looks best on elves though.
