I think we need a little Black Emporium mirror in skyhold. there's tons of empty rooms... just sayin'

I'm convinced that the mirror hidden under the sheet in the Inquisitor's bedroom will be our mirror of transformation if/when they implement it.

Off topic I know - but does anyone know why Leliana had such nasty things to say about Morrigan when mentioning  her to the Inquisitor at the ball?

Mark Darrah has said that they're looking into something like that.

They never used to get on in DA:O, Morrigan was pretty awful to Leliana... especially if you had a male Warden that slept with both of them, LOL!

Oh  ok. I didnt tend to use Leliana much - she kind of grated in my nerves, so missed the interactions between the two. Loved Morrigan though - even though she was mean to Alistair....LOL

I guess it can't have been problems implementing the mirror that was responsible for all those eye colour glitches we witnessed in the promo materials. I can see why we don't have a mirror yet though, considering how much trouble they had keeping all the characters with static appearances looking how they're supposed to. My biggest question is, (yes I know we're supposed to be in the fade) why couldn't they have given us outdoor lighting for the cc? The green tint really messes with me.

From what I can tell, we didn't get any mirror of transformation because they were hoping the special lighting effect they used in the CC and a lot of the cutscenes would make it easier for us to make our characters without accidentally creating face melters, lol. I asked one of the devs about whether or not they'd implement face codes to make it easier for us to recreate and tweak our Inquisitor, rather than having to start from scratch again, he replied with "oh, I think we can do a lot better than that!" So they obviously have something planned. My guess is the mirror of transformation.

Really? Thanks for sharing that! The possibility is exciting.

My first IQ turned out sort of looking like me, but ginger. lol Not that close because I have no skill with the cc. My second one I made deliberately unlike me and just had fun with it. Her face is so round, it's great.

Both my playthroughs have been me Inquisitors cos my first playthrough was so glitched that I didn't get to experience enough of it to form a decent opinion of the game so I had to roll a second me, lol.

Found this on a fan facebook page for Alistair and I had to share. Not sure who to give credit to it for, but hopefully it is OK to post. If not I will delete.

Alistair and Morrigan's banter was probably my favorite. They honestly act like siblings or an old married couple x)

Were you happier with your second attempt?

My second playthrough wasn't quite so glitched, though a few things still failed to pop for me like ambient banter, the messengers, a couple of companion quests etc. It was better than the first go, sadly but the game still isn't what I'd hoped it would be.

At this point I've gotten so dang fast at the CC I can just blaze through and then compare screenshots with the first cutscene to see my tweaks. I just tweaked the character I made last night and I think I did even better than the first go-round.

I'm really confused why they thought this lighting would work. In the Fade-CC it's green, in the prologue it's bright, over lit white, and in Haven it's yellow. It isn't until you get to the Hinterlands, really, that you finally get your character in anything resembling normal light so you can see the actual colors you picked. :/

Speaking of eyebrows, I've been working on trying to replace the actual eyebrow textures themselves again. My main Inquisitor's eyebrows were very sparse ones, so I'm attempting to fill those in:

Also, here are the eyebrows that I posted before, but without Morrigan's eye makeup this time:

You know I had a thought yesterday...

At the start of DAI production Cullen was not intended to be a romance option until they extended it another year. If the extention did not happen, my poor Inquisitor would have had no one to romance.

Thank goodness for small miracles. No?

I kept them both in my party a lot; the conversation about Lel taking her shoe shopping was hysterical. And I find it hilarious that Morrigan appears in the exact kind of dress that Leliana suggested to her. My male warden, however, did not sleep with them both. He concluded, probably correctly, that if he was going to romance the witch, he'd better be serious about it if he wanted to continue waking up.

Sadly my first character looked good, but cam off as owl like.

I have this bad habit in DA games to remake the same character and play her over again. By this point I can easily do most of her features quickly in CC, but, the nose is what takes me the longest.

Not to mention there are times I believe I have the features correct only to go into the game and realize her make-up or whatever is not right.

What I've noticed is that often in the opening fade sequence the Inquisitor's nose suddenly looks really short like it's too far up his/her face, but in-game it'll usually look fine.

I can't even make out some of the eye colors in the CC, at least when it's on the slider and you can't see them close up. I feel like they did the design development on giant screen TVs rather normal-sized computer monitors.

I've also found that even with a big screen it's hard to gauge the eye colour. For example, something that looks quite natural in the CC comes out looking really vibrant and unnatural.

i've noticed that too. Or it looks really freaking big in the CC and in game it looks normal.

Well here is my Inquisitor. Not the best picture, but I am not playing the game on PC-at least not yet.
