If you would like some tips then feel free to ask, after all...I am Your Trainer... :P I'm sorry...I had to do that, lol! I have played KE in about five PTs, so I think I have that specialization down.

I was laughing so hard when I first ran into...I am Your Trainer, my daughter was giving me one of those "Mom, you're strange" looks again.

I never really did the equivalent spec in DAO, but I'd like to give it a try.

Damn it!  In the middle of lake scene with Cullen and game crashed...sigh...guess I'll just have to play it again :P

This is my Ciara mage playthrough and I have to agree with other folks on here who have said this...some of the mage dialogue options with him are...a little needy...like she needs constant reassurance from the poor bloke. Oh well...back to Ferelden and kissy time!

So I just tried to start a self insert PT, and MAN is that hard!! I had to take multiple pictures of myself at all different angles so that I could get every feature right. I never knew how hard it was to get fairly normal eye colors. You have to choose the perfect combination otherwise you get  the usual exotic eye colors lol

Yea I was also disappointed. I didn't really want to choose the mage options during that scene because I think it's pretty selfish to be all doomy and gloomy after he probably pulled a lot of strings to take a vacation in the first place and then brought you to a place that was special to him.

*sigh* 30 hours into DAO again and I've only saved redcliffe and the mages. I <3 this game so much. My Cullen love mod no worky though :( he never recognized his first crush, except when he thinks she's not real.

I think the one thing I miss most when playing DAI is not being able to stop and talk to your companions, even if it's petty small talk, like lelianna's "what do you know of this place?" They slowly phased it out in DA2 where you just get a repeated line when you click on them, but to remove it all together makes me sad :( I love dorian and cass and wish I could chit chat more, just seems more like family that way. And PDA with Alistair...so lovely....

Lol, all the trainers for each class has at least one...odd one. I really find Your Trainer to be the most entertaining out of all them.

Arcane Warrior was pretty fun in DAO, but Knight Enchanter...well it doesn't really compare to AW at all. KE is pretty much a watered down version of AW in the terms of lore, but I found KE extremely rewarding once I mastered it.

Oh man that's skill! I have never been able to make myself in any game, I don't have an eye for the proportions. Except that my nose is crooked and I don't feel like giving my quizzy a busted shnoze :)

My game had serious bugs. Don't know if anyone experienced them. The most blatant were two headless soldiers practicing next to Cullen in Haven. Another, was a soldier eavesdropping (walking back and forth) as I was talking to Dorian, again, in Haven. I changed the angle so I wouldn't see her anymore, and she STILL managed to JUMP back where I could see her.

Let's not forget talking to Varric in Haven and he somehow manages to sink into the ground and pop back up haha

I agree. It's more realistic. You would take breaks during a day's journey and talk with your companions if it were real so why not keep that in game? And it also eliminates the need to constantly go back and forth to "home base" just in case a companion has new dialogue.

Ah I was just saying this earlier. I really miss it. I felt like it added so much more to the story. And I loved kissing Alistair in my party and then Morrigan being kinda disgusted or Wynne being all, ah young love.

Does anyone else miss the let's go to bed/sleep option at camp in DA:O? I wish they had it in Inquisition because pretty much everyone has a bed lol.

Yeah didn't even think of that! I mean, it's not easy for me to break emersion, when I'm in, I'm in! But not having to travel to your in - the - middle-of-nowhere mountain pass home to get Dorian's or Sera's side quest would be nice, neither of which absolutely has to take place anywhere special. Cass I get, she has a longer cutscene, and Cole since Solas is involved, but it could've been blended differently.

I guess I'll always find pros and cons. Love the fighting animation in 2 for a mage, all twirly whirly. Instead of pokey pokey with a stick in DAO :)

Yea there is this raw, organic, humble sweetness to the relationships between the warden and his/her companions in DA:O. No one is better than anyone else because, regardless of their backgrounds, they are all uniting together under this common purpose of saving Ferelden. That quality has never been achieved in a DA game since, and I think that's why most of us find something lacking in the character development in the newer games.

Yessss! Such a fabulous room and no naps or cuddle time with LI! Such a simple animation...

Man if I helped make these games, they'd be such chick flicks :P

Just like in DAO and DA2, all of my characters will end up looking similar. Have some more Cullen:

I always feels like a Jedi everytime I use my Lightsaber Spirit Blade. This is the reason I have 2 KE...

Just wrote a silly little vignette featuring Cullen and mage Lady Trevelyan. Thought you might enjoy the humour :)

SAME!

My advice when it comes to KE is investing in all the abilities other than perhaps the focus ability and the disruption field...the last ability in the KE tree. While it is fun to slow down time, I don't really use it all that much. You also have to invest in the Spirit/Healer/Barrier skill tree, I get barrier fully upgraded then I get the two passive abilities after the barrier skill, Whenever I switch away from my KE, they rarely ever go down so the AI isn't a problem...at least for me.

Ah, you summed up my feelings exactly. I think that is why I had an especially hard time with 2. I just couldn't really get that connection with most of the characters and I couldn't stand the rival/friend scale. I kept getting locked into weird relationship territory.

Haha same here. I kept thinking about how you could call your LI up to your room and just cuddle in ME2 and how I really wanted my Inquisitor to be able to do that in her quarters in Skyhold. :D

Super cute!! How eloquent your quizzy is, I hear Vivienne's purr in her dialogue. And love pre- romance, sexual tension scenarios :) do elves get hangovers I wonder? Or is it just legolas that is immune? Hmmmmm...

With weird spacey techno music playing in the background?! Yes please! Still don't know how comfy Garrus skinny legs could be with Shep sitting on them, oh well.

If the tavern bard could come up and play the instrumental version of "I am the one" while cuddling by the fire, I'd be a happy quizzy

Thank you :) Glad you were entertained :D

As for elves and inebriation - I am just reading the Hobbit again right now, and Tolkien Elves can get drunk!!!! That's how Bilbo manages to save the Dwarves - because the Wood Elves get drunk, and he can steal the cell keys! :D So, I am pretty sure that Legolas' high alcohol tolerance is just a Peter Jackson invention :P I cannot remember anything of the sort in the books, but I read them a loooong time ago :)

Ooooooh yeah! They showed that in the movie too, been yeeeeears since I read the book.

"I feel a tingling in my fingers. I think it's effecting me!" That's okay, Leggy can stay magical in Jackson's version. Prettier that way :P

Does anyone else have the problem where the camera zooms in on their inquisitor's crotch during judgements?

That question and your Izzy avatar is a lovely fit. And yeeeeah, what's that about? You'd think face would be more centered but it's just BAM, hi.
