This is true. Anders and Fenris both make Blackwall look like a Mary Poppins.

Personally as a guy I'd honestly rather be like Blackwall, ugly past and all, but I surprisingly did like Cullen in the game. It's a shame you don't get to fight with him though. I felt like I could grow to like him more, but you barely get any time to interact with him. I get why of course, but still.

 

Could have at least fought with you in Haven or something for a little while.

He does fight with you during his Samson quest if you go with the mages.

 

Which reminds me - where is Cullen in the Arbor Wilds when you're advancing toward the temple?  I see Josie and Leliana, but I can't recall seeing him.  The last PT I heard Leliana's voice but couldn't find her anywhere.

Alistair is the only character I've seen a real life look-alike. It wasn't a spot on replica, but certainly enough to make me do a double take.

Well... I saw a nice prompt here about Cullen met Amell after a few decades, both rugged & weathered. And I got a few hours delay of my train today so... I wrote something. I'll just post them here. BTW, Blackwall look alikes are like...everywhere because a lot of men are wearing beards now. This man though, had the long slicked back dark brown hair and was decked all in black (his coat was very padded cause it was effin cold yesteday here). So it was easy to make a comparison.

 

I know a girl who looks like Sera, but with long hair. 

 

It's an hobby of mine, to spot people who look alike. It's like, in the end, we live in a small world. The most interesting ones, are people from different ethnicities looking alike. That is like...whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!!!?????

Well considering I absolutely hate liars...Blackwall doesn't really interest me in the slightest. Besides no one can beat Fenris when it comes to brooding.

 I had to mod Fenris because he looks like my previous boss. At the time the game came out, I was going to work and I was just..."I can't go there". And when I mean looks like him, I mean he was just missing the pointy ears and the lyrium tattoos. 

 

OOOOooooo There is this mod that I use for Fenris, and he looks sooooo badass. It's called Big Bad Fenris by ElVici.

Nah, the sword never shows up again in game. I'm just going with the scenario, Cullen and IQ waking up in the middle of night to shouting and footsteps coming up the tower, Cullen takes the ceremonial sword because it's whatever's nearest... me likes.

I sentenced the guy who started the Wardens on their blood magic trip to death and got to chop his head off with that sword.
