Wow, my parents wouldn't even let me have a Nintendo. My first "gaming" experience was when I started dating my ex and he had a Playstation...with FFVIII. Then I played FFVII on my own. When the PS2 came out I purchased that with my own money and so on. I didn't get into PC gaming til about 4 years ago.

To this day my parents still don't understand why I play games. But they can't say anything. Really, the only things I have in common with my mother are a love for animals, vintage perfumes, and muscle cars...

I have an older brother who also games, but the rest of my family is stumped by it (he's also the only other person who uses a computer for anything besides shopping or social media.) They play games, but "normal" things like Monopoly. We had a third hand DOS based PC when the girls were little, and I'd get freeware educational games for them. When we finally got our first Windows computer, I started picking up things like Oregon Trail and Carmen San Diego for them too, plus a few simple computer games. I just find that kind of interactive learning kept them more interested.

Solas loved me. Then again, I loved Solas <3 Bull was Auren's consolation prize.

It's so bad, I don't even get flirt options with him. Then again, it's probably a bug, but...yeah. My elf is all Cullen's.

I remember my first jaunt into gaming was my tandy hooked up to a B&W TV I use to play pong on and used to connect to a BBS I helped to creat that we did text based D&D gaming online back in 1987....Needless to say, I enjoy gaming much more, lol. Although I still have a Nintendo that works that I still play Archon on when the mood hits me. For those who don't know, Archon was a chess game you had to battle pieces on to take (think Wizard chess) long before Harry Potter ever was known.

You sound a lot like me and my kids actually. We all love the same things and we luckily love gaming on top of it, but muscle cars is way up there on our shared loves. They use to love it when I showed my old Camaro I use to own....dang I miss that car.

What kind of vintage perfumes?

I'd love to try making a movie...I just haven't found any songs that fit yet that really speak to me. Based on the vids I've posted you can guess that my musical tastes are more...aggressive...  :P

OOOOHHH, thought of a good one for a templar playthrough w/ Cullen:

Oooh, I agree... that would be a good song for Cullen.  I've already used "Lacrymosa" and "Bring Me To Life" for two of my Solas vids.  Evanescence is fun to use for Dragon Age vids, IMO  ^_^

Just chiming in about that Dalish convo option with Cullen -where you say "Is this a fling"?  You basically get that with any of your characters but just different versions.  If you're a noble you can ask him if it bothers you, and he says the exact same line "No, does it bother you?".  And then if you're a human mage, same thing.

Mhmm, just different flavors, really.  With a human noble you can say "It might bother my family, but not me" in response to him asking if it bothers her, whereas a Dalish can ask if it's just a fling to him.

THE FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELS!!!

That was amazing! I`m guessing that you're playing on PC? Ugh...I need to get a more powerful PC, cause I am missing out on ****. Thanks!!!!

Love it!  I think I have it narrowed down to my top two favorite Cullen faces, although it's really hard.

The smile he gives you after you say "And miss out on meeting you? Never"

His serious "take this lucky coin" face at the lake

Yeah, she chose the perfect faces. I could reminisce about "I should be taking it...I should be taking it"

As a Dalish, you get to specifically ask if he's serious (which is a reasonable concern considering how humans tend to treat non-Dalish elves). Humans get to say it might bother your family, as Kalalala mentioned. Significantly different to me.

Right now I have a collection of several "treasures." I have 1950's bottles of Chanel No 5 and Guerlain Shalimar, both pure parfum. I also have an unopened bottle of early 1990's Chanel No 5 pure parfum. Then there's the 1960's refillable purse spray of Shalimar extrait. I have a 1980's refillable gold filigree bottle Shalimar eau de toilette as well as a bottle of 1980's Chanel No 5 eau de toilette. I also have some random perfumes, like Coty Imprevu, Lanvin My Sin and Hermes Caleche. From day to day I wear Guerlain Champs Elysees, Chanel No 5 pure pafum or Shalimar, either pure parfum or eau de parfum...it all depends on my mood and time of year.

And on the muscle car topic - my mom and I have mother/daughter Mustangs. She has a black 2007 GT fastback and I have a black 2006 GT convertible. She's been wanting to start going to shows but we haven't gotten around to it.

I am currently suffering from Gaideritis, a specific psychological condition that makes me want to write sad fanfics, torture Cullen & Dragons. It also imply very complex Love/Hate Relationships with both Cullen & Dragons.

I can totally see how this would work, but none of my IQ's are that...enthusiastic. I am familiar with the song and do like it though! I'm just usually a bit...darker...

P.S. she is washing that car all wrong! The travesty!

I think it would work for my Trevelyan mage.  She has a thing for templars, lol.  She told Josie that she used to crush on a templar back when she lived in the Circle.  She was pretty enthusiastic about Cullen and started his romance ASAP

My Lavellan wasn't quite as eager to jump his bones right away and was the one who waited until after Perseverance to start his romance.

Yessss! Bring it on:!!! Let's feast on tears!!!

I'd recommend Asunder, if you like tears, there are really one point when I was literally sobbing. And from his all three novels, Asunder's the best IMO. But if you also like Loghain as a character The Stolen Throne's really good.

The Calling's got that tender Marric/Fiona moment that brings tears, the budding friendship of Fiona/Duncan. And I love Duncan

Oh, I have to read them now. 1) I love sad things and 2) just discovered who Fiona is in the DAverse, so now I want to know everything.
