Well I got my Nightmare achievement at last, and for my efforts I was rewarded a post-game line from Cullen that I hadn't got before:

Speaking of woo - I honestly wouldn't mind a fluff DLC that's more Sims-like except Dragon Age. You can just do day to day stuff like training in the yard, "woo" and talk to your pals. How hilarious would that be to see them squirming under the sheets with flower petals flying around?

I've never heard a term for either folk from Starkhaven or Ostwick.
There's a codex in DA2 I've read several times that talks about what folks from Kirkwall prefer to be called, but I can't immediately find it. Something about how they either do or don't want to be called Marchers vs. Kirkwallers, and are annoyed by outsiders who get it wrong. Closest I could find is from the Free Marches codex : "The Free Marches are not a kingdom, nor even a nation in the most basic sense. People from that region dislike even being lumped together as "Marchers." " But, that's not what I was thinking of...
