It depends on the mod. I think in this case, they replace the in-game CC eyebrows, which would also replace those used by the NPC's.
The eyebrow mod I have is attached to a texture, which replaces the brows for any NPC's that use the same face texture.
Now I'm curious...and will be trying it out for science!
Yeah, those replace the actual in-game eyebrows. The eyebrows I use on my newest archer Inquisitor are an eyebrow replacement that I made, which I personally prefer to complexion replacement eyebrows. No double-brows, they stay the right color, and tattoos don't sit on top of them.

Is there any way I could get your eye makeup you made for me without the brows? Pretty please with a cherry on top? I love love the eye makeup, but I would like to try out the in-game replacements. That way I could finish my later characters that now have vicious double-brow syndrome.

So I have a favor to ask everyone. I am working on doing some Cullen writing and really have never ventured into the whole romance type writing before, so I want to ask those of you who do such, do you have any suggestions to help. I have done some really detailed ME stuff that was extremely mental decay/ stress of leadership of Shep kind of thing, but it always came out way to dark and somewhat brutal. I want to venture more into the the romance, playful and such, but am having a hard time even getting started. I did finally figure out my 2 leading ladies and their back stories which I will give a brief of below if you want to know and if you have any suggestions there as well would be cool too. I have a ton of artwork I have done of them and have finally decided to open a tumblr account to post it, but really wanna splice in some written stuff too. So feedback would be awesome, either on here or even message me if you like as well as all help is appreciated.

As far as romance is concerned, the most difficult part is to keep it from turning it into a sap story. You don't want the syrup to flow and violins to play. One way I found that helps with this is reading what I have written out loud to myself. If I cringe, it's bad I am not a romantic person at all, however, so my view is rather biased

Yeah its weird how perfumes can be different on different people. I have to stay far away from sweet fragrances cuz they go too far...but more woody fragrances smell amazing on me. People think Chanel No 5 smells like old lady...they haven't smelled it on me lol. It is the epitome of sexy librarian chic.OMG, that is the best description for what some perfumes do.
