There are ways to uninstall a patch, but if you do that, you gotta have saves available before the new patch or the saves won't work. Do you have old pre patch saves still?

Yep, I backup my saves regularly. How complicated is the process?

I have like 10 folders of variations of eyeliner mods I've made, so let me know if this was the wrong one.

The eyeliner is completely black on the complexion, but lighting could possibly still change the color in-game. I made it as black as possible, though! I haven't installed patch 3 yet, so I can't confirm if the mod still works. I'm going to install it in a bit.

Also, I'm going to recommend the DAI Save Editor for everyone that's sick of black hair/brows/eyeshadow not actually being black. It can currently be used to edit makeup, hair, and brow colors. I used this to get real black eyebrows and hair, instead of the sometimes black, sometimes brown, sometimes blue brows and hair.

Thanks! I'm saving the link to that editor, but I'm going to wait to see what happens with the latest patch before trying to work out how to use it. Right now, I feel like my choice of hair colors has been reduced to white and red (the blondes, on my system at least, have a dullness and tone that makes me think of hair that's been damaged by overbleaching.)

If you really want an example of how untested some of these things must have been, try creating a dwarf, giving her hairstyles with shaved sides, then any of the very limited tattoos that extend back toward the ears. Tattoo'd hair.

From what I read, not very. Let me see if I can find it still...

I like how you guys can wear more than 1 fragrance. I've tried new ones, but they don't work for me.

Oooo, good to know. I honestly just kind of avoid fragrance sections now but I love them so much. I'll have to try the pure. I think my brother bought me the eau de toilette.

You can sometimes find small complimentary sized vials on ebay, you just need to be careful. Pure parfum likely won't be available to test in a store...maybe if you ask? And if you do try it, a little goes a long way! All you need is a teeny dab on your wrist and that's it!

Ah, thanks :] I am digging through patch master thread as well. Dang, I did not expect the patch so soon, otherwise I'd be more cautious.

God it was a ****** to find last time. Almost did it until I fixed my issue without doing so. Sorry if I give false hope. It's there somewhere though. Not sure why, I'm sure many people wanted to remove it.

I have three that I wear depending on occasion, mood or time of year. Guerlain Champs Elysees is absolutely beautiful and light but still "high class" and adult. Great if you want to be subtle like if you are in a small office. It's perfect for a hot summer day. Shalimar is my "go to" for naughty nights out as it's a very smokey leather and vanilla. It's also great for winter. No 5 is my daily signature and works well for formal events or if you want to feel like a sexy librarian lol.

Stupid question: have you ever heard of people getting sick because of perfume?

Err... yes. Me. I drink a gulp of my mom's when I was a wee kid. It was... catastrophic.

EDIT: a question, does anyone knows how Photobucket works in term of image courtesy? I want to use an image that's there on someone's bucket, I want to write her to ask whether I can use it for making a banner for the 5K celebration. The thing is I don't find anyway to contact her.

So, if I just take the image, modify it (add text) & put her name (like: Image Courtesy of xxx @ Photobucket), can I do this?

Spoiler

Funnily enough paint overlay does not annoy me nearly as much as partial side burns and balding patches.

Don't despair. If things are really broken, they'll patch again soon.

... says the girl who now knows from last time finally how to go offline and skip the patch...  :bandit:

See!!!I can't wear those. I've tried and they smell like old lady on me (my mom collects perfume too).  Furthermore, I smell them ALL day, which is an indication that it doesn't work with my body chemistry. Not to mention the headaches...Amarige from Givenchy litterally makes me sick (cold like symptoms). I'm trying to find a couple more perfumes that I can wear in rotation, but they are so hard to find.

I love Hanae Mori's Blue Butterfly. I'd like to sample it again to make sure it works for me.

You're funny. Not buy drinking it though...it would make sense that you'd get sick on it.

Yes I have. Some people are very sensitive to smells. Others can be allergic to a specific ingredient and break out.

I'll actually get nauseous if someone is wearing too much or something too strong.

Ha, my dad used to wear a ****-load of cologne back when I was a kid.  You could smell him coming into the room.  Now I think of him whenever someone wears too much cologne or perfume.

I'm allergic to a lot of perfumes. Sick, no, but eyes watering, nose stuffy, even a little trouble breathing if it's too bad, yes.
